This is my first car, and I’m happy I chose the Advantage Acura of Naperville dealership. Not only was the inventory impressive, but so were the professionalism, consideration, and promptness of the sales consultant I worked with, Le Roy Churchill III. My family has trusted this dealership for years, and I’m proud to continue that relationship. Not only were my needs and wants for a vehicle thoroughly considered—including the quality of the car, its previous upkeep, and fair pricing—but every explanation, question, and detail about the car was addressed with honesty, transparency, and a clear focus on my best interests. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Stay away from this dealership.
Stay away from this dealership. The sales approach and customer service we encountered were not only unprofessional but downright dishonest. We made an appointment to view a specific vehicle and even confirmed its availability prior to our visit. We drove 4 hours round-trip with the clear understanding that the car was available and reserved for our appointment. Upon arrival, we were abruptly told that the vehicle had been sold earlier that day. This bait and switch tactic was not only misleading but a complete waste of our time and resources. When I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to a manager, the individual who came out displayed no empathy or professionalism. Rather than apologizing or attempting to rectify the situation, he simply said, "What can I do for you?" as though our concerns were an inconvenience. He even refused to give his name at first, I had to ask repeatedly just to get his business card. This experience made it clear that this dealership prioritizes pushing whatever inventory is on the lot over respecting customers' time or honoring commitments. It was a disheartening and avoidable situation that reflects poorly on their entire operation. I doubt they will take this feedback seriously as they don't care about customers, but I want to put it out here to warn others. No customer should be treated the way we were.

This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!

We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.

Although I didn’t end up making a deal with them, as I am to far upside down in my current car. I will say they were very nice to deal with, salesman I worked with was great, not overly pushy. Overall they were pretty fair and I would recommend them for a new car.

We found the car we were looking for an advantage. Acura of Naperville could not have made the process, more smooth or easy. I don’t believe anyone out there would say buying a car is the best experience in the world, but I can honestly say this was tops as far as no stress and ease of the entire process! John Nanni Was our sales person, and he was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to deal with, and we would recommend seeing him! Finance was a very simple process as well. Overall, we had a great experience, and we will buy another car from the dealership!
