This was the second time that Anthony was my service

This was the second time that Anthony was my service advisor both times he was very helpful I would not mind him being my service advisor every time excellent customer service person!

Brought it in, dropped it off?

Brought it in, dropped it off? they had a courtesy car for me?the software update took three hours and was ready and washed? absolutely no problem ?

Keye's Lexus is very well run, and they are very good to their customers. Keye's is a first-class organization. I have leased at least 4 cars in a row there.

The sales person was nice, but was not real patient.

The sales person was nice, but was not real patient. The sales manager would not except the price that autotrader was showing because that price was $2,000. cheaper than what they were trying to sell the vehicle to us for. I did file a complaint with autotrader because the sales manager said it was autotrader to blame. Then the sales manager was showing us all these add-ons that supposedly they did to the vehicle and wanted to charge $990. per add-on. so that took the vehicle price close to $3000 more than where we started. so in all, I would not recommend this dealer because the sales manager was not real helpful. so in general if you do go to this dealership, just "BUYER BEWARE" and have your guard up with them.
