(THIS IS A REUPLOAD FROM 12/31/2025) I came into the store for a vehicle they listed online at 69K. When they presented the bill of sale, they priced the vehicle at 77K. While I was able to get the online price without too much of a fight, the fact that they nearly charged me a higher price than the online listing leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Buying a car should, fundamentally, be fun and exciting. The fact that I had to use effort to talk the sales and general manager back to the advertised online price speaks volumes about Keyes' views on honesty and their extractive business model which targets consumers. What would have happened if I was a just little less knowledgeable? | feel like I had to do WAY TOO MUCH due diligence in order to simply get the advertised price. As for the Staff WATCH OUT FOR THE GOOD COP BAD COP TACTIC, salesman AB and sales manager Arman Chivichyan were both courteous and respectful, although I believe Arman was responsible for the attempted subterfuge mentioned earlier. Things took a turn for the MUCH WORSE after I entered into negotiations with LASO ABBAS. Laso was unbelievably rude. During heated negotiations regarding my trade in value, Armin and AB remained respectful while Laso Abbas began to get super heated and raise his voice at me. I was firm on my number, which seemed to offend Laso who then began to yell and raise his voice to get the point across. This is NOT how a general sales manager should act. He should have simply accepted with grace OR reject it. I should not and did not want to have to sit through the general sales manager’s TANTRUM in order to buy a car. Max, the finance manager, was cold and unincredible . Overall - I advise people to stay away from Keyes Lexus - not only because of their dishonest business practices but also to not encourage the behavior that Lasos Abbas engages in. ONE STAR

Overall good service but a bit pricey.
Overall good service but a bit pricey. Allowed for a small discount but I had no choice but to repair. Sun it offered but the interest rate is outrageous. Did not use.
