Although the initial offer Gladstone made on my trade ins was sorely lacking, I was impressed that they met me with a fair and balanced counter offer after my objection. Through the whole process my salesman Ricardo was friendly, upfront and worked hard to get me the vehicle we needed. The Nightshade Hatchback I took home is fantastic. My only complaint is a corporate one: you have to access the SOS feature to disable data collection and they won’t complete the request if you have accepted the free trial of mobile hotspot. Car itself is fantastic and a joy to drive.

Very honest dealership. They were not pushy with upgrades and didn't add on any of the vague "dealership added options" that I see a lot of other dealerships doing.
