People make organizations into what they are......my feedback is based solely on my interaction with Eric. He was very professional, forthright and to the point. It must be his years of experience in the business as he understood my expectations and desire for a quick seamless transaction. It's hard to describe it but he seemed to associate the buyers thought process to the type of vehicle and just provided me with relevant facts.....no overselling of features etc. while providing me with the relevant information. Loved the experience with Eric and wish all car sales people are like him. There was something very unique about his style....would give him 10 stars.

Bradley made sure that I found exactly the car I wanted. When a previously reserved RAV4 in the color and trim I wanted became available, he let me know immediately. It was so refreshing to have a salesperson listen to my preferences and keep those in mind. When I came to the dealership to test drive the car, he walked me through all the features and took the time to answer any questions I had. The financing process with David was relatively painless as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Gladstone Toyota to my friends.

There were no 2023 Sienna Limiteds available in the Portland area. Eric and Seth found one that matched our desires. Then they delivered it with smiles, pleasure, and good humor. Five-Star people in a Five-Star dealership!

I've never enjoyed or had a positive car-buying experience, that is, until I met Daniel and Emily at Toyota of Gladstone. Daniel puts in time to understand our needs, communicates proactively but not aggressively, and respects our final decisions. He doesn't stop until we are happy with the purchase. Emily also goes above and beyond in making sure the paperwork process is as delightful as can be, and getting us a great deal! In the end, we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
