Excellent personal service

They worked with me much more than I would have ever expected in customizing my new Colorado to match my desires. They were and continue to be very supportive and understanding in getting everything just right. Jon even handles things on his day off to ensure it all goes correctly. All this assistance goes a long way to make what could be a very stressful deal (major purchase), into a truly enjoyable and exciting time as it should be with such a new addition. No games, just GREAT service

I Leased and then purchased a vehicle at Med-Ved Arvada. My experience both times was nothing short of exceptional. Friendly, courteous and incredibly efficient, which I appreciated most of all. Well done.

I visited 5 dealer ships looking for a new corvette

I Got different stories from other dealerships but nothing matched. John Hartso was very patient with me and showed me his inventory. Other dealer ships tried to switch me to a high pressure salesman. John took his time and answerd all my questions. After about our third visit a new corvette came in and I was fortunate enough to get there just at the right time, since it had just came in. I had been looking for about 3 months and am very picky about what I buy. I never felt high pressured about the time he spent with me. The owner even came around to say hello. If you want to go to a new toy store this is the one. There is a show room up front and then they store some new ones in the back. This is where I found mine. In the back

It was good.v Doug was very helpfull

Doug was very helpful in trying to fix an electrical problem (dead battery for no apparent reason). The 3V battery in the FOB was replaced which may have caused some of my electrical problems. The car has running fine this last week and Doug has checked with me to see if I was having any futher problems. Doug is all good to talk and takes a really interest in giving the customer great service. He does complement your organization.
