I was looking on the enter network, at GMC Sierra pickup , for about a year. Came time to buy I notified several dealers by email. Most of them called me back for appointments. Mike Chase call me from MEDVED , said he had one I should look at, he would give me a fair deal. Mike got me a fantastic deal about 3000.00 cheaper than anybody else, on a 2012 GMC SIERRA 1500 SLT. Mike and I talk about a hand shake and your word ,and how it means every thing , especially now days, OLD SCHOOL!!! NO high pressure, just straight talk. Mike lived up to his word. I took my escalade in to get a simple oil change and made an appointment for 3:30 and didnt get seen until 3:50 over 2-1/2 hours later they finished i have never had an oil change take that long which caused me to cancel my 5 o'clock plans.

The service was great, very informative and very friendly. I was not pressured and I was giving time to think about it. They offered me a great deal. The salesman was patient and courteous during the entire time.

I just purchased my 5th Cadillac and was dreading the 5 hour process to purchase. I spoke with Kat and explained what I wanted. She took the initiative to search Colorado for my perfect vehicle. She continued to impress me with offering to write up the contract paperwork prior to my getting there so that is all I had to do was go in, test drive, sign papers and go over car features. I was there for 1 hour and then drove away. She made car-buying very easy and listened to not only my needs, but respected my time!! Everyone at the dealership provided excellent service and knowledge about their products.

I got an appointment right away and since it was a big job, they gave me a rental car for the week. It seems to be running great so far. They kept me tabbed every step of the way.

The sales person Mike Chase who took care of husband and I was great I hate walking onto a lot with high pressure sales people on you before you take ten steps from your car. This was a most refreshing experience no pressure friendly employees Mike was a down to earth person who listened to my concerns answered my questions without hesatation did not try to talk me into something I didn't need. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. From top to bottom everyone was great.

Brian in the body shop did something no other shop would do- - see me on short notice AND do a preliminary estimate. Took care of everything sooner by two weeks than anyone else. Car was properly done on time. Could not ask for more. Very happy to have chosen Medved rather than an independent body shop. Brian kept in touch and kept me happy.
