Salespeople were amazing.

Salespeople were amazing. The experience was great from start to finish, except for the financial part. I was shocked to find that they ran my credit 3 separate times for my vehicle purchase. To date, my smcredit score is still damaged due to the 3 hard inquires. I should have been notified that this would happen, as I was only expecting 1 hard inquiry. Also I would have liked a printed copy of my extended warranty paperwork so I know what exactly is covered.

Fabian was excellent to work with.

Fabian was excellent to work with. I was talking to about 5 or 6 different dealerships at the same time. All of them were obviously friendly, but some were way too pushy about getting me in to the building for a test drive. Of course Fabian suggested I come take a look, but he wasn't pushy when I told him we had pretty limited free time to get that done. He actually listened to what I was looking for, other dealers would send suggestions that were way out of my price range or way more miles than I'd ever be interested in. Then on the test drives and in between driving and actually buying it, Fabian was super knowledgeable and answered all of my bazillion questions without showing any signs of being annoyed. Probably a good actor because I tend to ramble haha. He's a young kid but was more professional than a lot of people I've dealt with who have been selling cars for 20 years. I'd give him some bonuses or something to keep him around if I was the GM of the dealership! The only inconvenience was after I signed paperwork with Fabian I had to wait FOREVER to get back to finance and wrap it up. I didn't see a lot of people coming in and out of that area, but maybe they were really backed up. Maybe some snacks/drinks and a TV with something other than chevy promo videos would be nice for people if that super long wait happens often. (I'm not trying to whine, but it was over an hour of sitting around...some people might be turned off by that and take business elsewhere.) Overall, I'll definitely recommend Foundation Chevy for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great price on my new truck and a very fair value on my trade-in.
