A very disappointing experience that continues to affect

A very disappointing experience that continues to affect me as of today, 09/04/2025. There is a lack of morals and honesty towards their customers, so I urge potential buyers to be cautious! I truly mean it! On July 15, 2025, I purchased a 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation, and soon after, various issues began to arise. I placed my trust in the GM, the finance representative, and even the newly hired salesperson. The vehicle I bought had a defect, necessitating a return for service just two weeks later because it was swerving on the highway as if strong winds were pushing it back and forth, which is extremely unsafe. They informed me that a software upgrade was required, and there was also a noise emanating from beneath the car. They retained the vehicle for three weeks, and I had to initiate contact to inquire about its status. As of now, I have yet to receive the tags that I was required to purchase through them. I keep being told that the delay is due to the registration office downtown, and I am left wondering when they actually submitted my request for the tags, as it seems to be taking an inordinate amount of time. I need to communicate with someone that is over this location, and I am not referring to the GM manager. There is more to this review that I am hoping to get a resolution.

In reference to not wanting to speak with the GM manager there is I feel I need to also share my experience to someone in corporate. The GM Jared, he did the most to help me and I understand a lot leads back to GM Motors and having to service my car so soon.

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sant Fe from Beaman online (we

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sant Fe from Beaman online (we are only located about 100 miles away). I was told that the vehicle had gone through a 152 point inspection and everything was found to be in working order. The vehicle still has the remaining bumper to bumper factory warranty and we were given a lifetime powertrain warranty. The vehicle was delivered to my home 3 days later. Within two days of delivery the entire air conditioning system in the car had failed. I called Maria to let her know of the situation and she said there was nothing that they could do to help us. She advised that we take the car to a local dealership and have diagnostics run and the issue fixed at our own expense. I had driven the car less than 50 miles. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Please be aware that once a vehicle leaves their lot, in my experience, they are very unlikely to help you if an issue arises even if it is within a very short time.

Update.

Update. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2022 ZR 2 Colorado from this dealer in January this year. We felt we got a fair price and the transaction went smoothly. We were told it was a GM certified used car giving us extensions to the Warranty and first three services free at any GM dealership. I serviced my truck at Champion Chevrolet in Kingsport last week. I ended up paying for it because they said that Beeman did not put my vehicle in the GM computer as certified. I called them three times last week, once I left a message in finance department, once I spoke to Sales, and they took my info and assured me someone would call back. The following day I called service they took my info and assured someone would call back. It has been a week now and I still have not received a call back. I do NOT recommend this dealer.

In shopping for a used vehicle, and not at all sure what

In shopping for a used vehicle, and not at all sure what we wanted, we found a gorgeous Cadillac SUV at Beaman GMC with very low mileage and the BEST price we found anywhere. We also looked at several other vehicles, including a new Acadia that was also in our price range. Misti was very helpful without being the least bit pushy. She took plenty of time with us and really knows her vehicles. We highly recommend Beaman GMC and especially Misti.
