Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. Would not even suggest doing business with this company ever in a million years. Was promised callbacks and progression moving forward on a virtual deal, but got crickets. Despicable level of customer service.

Unfortunately, some of the EV rebates and incentives you referenced are set by the manufacturer and the State of Colorado, which limits eligibility to Colorado residents and, in certain cases, requires a lease rather than a purchase. We know these restrictions can be disappointing, especially for out-of-state customers. That said, there’s no excuse for any lack of follow-up on our part. Worst served ever.
Worst served ever. They had my truck for over 2 months without even touching it or working on it. It sat outside of their service building on a public Street. I had to finally go get my truck and take it somewhere else with no service whatsoever because their customer service is horrible!!! BEWARE!

I cannot say enough about how they helped.
I cannot say enough about how they helped. If I lived closer to Castle Rock, Ethan and Todd would be my default, go-to Service Advisors. I was in a huge bind and they had little to no extra time to help, but they did. They listened, understood all the immediate pressures on me, and found a way to get it done. I will forever be in their debt because without their help, I would have unknowingly put my family, and horses, in a potentially dangerous situation. Ethan and Todd, thank you!

Overall a great dealership but the sales team failed to
Overall a great dealership but the sales team failed to take ownership. Purchased a new Jeep but was delivered with a warning light. Salesman indicated the alert would go away due to low battery; it did not. Had to make several calls and emails for the sales team to address the problem. After the final attempt, worked with Sierra with the service team, resolved the issue by enabling crash collision detection. Something the salesman should have been aware. Sierra was absolutely awesome and deserves a raise!!’

Absolutely stellar sales team! We met Ashley Aldridge one month prior to the purchase of our Jeep Wrangler, and it was literally her first day as a part of the Castle Rock CDJR sales team. One month later, we stopped back in, and she remembered us by name, and the type of vehicle we were initially looking at. The Wrangler pretty much sold itself, but Ashley made a huge impression on us by her down home hospitality and her welcoming demeanor. From beginning to end — the entire process was extremely efficient, and the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, but huge kudos to Ashley for a job extremely well done.
