I had a hallow bell ringing sound on the front end left side of my 2012 Rogue . Every time I hit a small bump it made that noise. So I dropped the car off and Jerry, service manager and his team were able to track down the problem and fix it. I'm a new customer of Ramsey Auto, good first impression Jeff S

We have had good service to date. This time, though, we had an update and recall to the brains and the gas tank sensor. Since that update, our battery is draining, the car is hard starting and over the weekend, the engine was chugging and not shifting. It needed towed to the shop. We had contacted service earlier in the week about the battery and we were told the earliest it could be re-seen was next week. Not too cool. We couldn’t take it to Omaha this Fathers Day to see our son and daughter.

Paul offers such an amazing experience, nothing is overlooked or rushed through the entire process. The staff at Ramsey is amazing and in combination with an overall excellent vehicle, will keep me coming back!

Everyone was very helpful with getting everything taken care of promptly and quickly. Matt was very easy to follow for instructions of how everything worked in the car. He provided me with a lot of additional information to questions that I had as well. I hope to continue to have great service as I own my outback.

We arrived without an appointment, were welcomed at the door, given a test drive, we explained what we wanted. Matt said they would check to see if our requested model, color, etc. was available while we were test driving the demonstrator. Several minutes later we returned to see "our car front and center." While we did the paper work with Pat, our accessories (top carrier) were installed. Prompt efficient service without pressure, as you would hope in a sales/service team.

I purchased a new 2019 Subaru Impreza from Brandon Williams and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. The entire process was laid back and effortless. I feel stressed when dealing with dealerships, but did not feel that way during this experience. Would highly recommend Brandon to both friends and family.
