sales person very friendly, neat in appearance and knowledgeqable about product. product was clean and ready to deliver. bussiness manager had paperwork ready..any question were answered honestly and indicated they wanted a satisfied customer. Jim Fenimore was an excelent match for my personality.

I came in ready to purchase, funny no one chased me around the parking lot, and I had walked it for a good 40minutes,that is good !Had 3 vehicles chosen to test drive, walked in office and said "who wants to sell a car today? "Got some looks, it was a brazen statement. Jim stood up with a grin and asked how he could help me...so it began and from there I asked a million questions, told a bunch of stories about my experience 3 years earlier with Bill, test drove, and picked a car about 90minutes later. Jim was wonderful, treated me with respect, kindness and I liked him. This was Saturday, I was there like 2 1/2 hours, came back on Monday@5:30p.m. all ready to sign, put down my deposit and drive off, expected maybe an hour. Was there until 8p.m.,1+ hours, waiting on finance guy. My only less than perfect part. The warranty sales pitch was unpleasant, I opted out of that cost. Other then that all was great and I liked it.
