Jeff is awesome.

Jeff is awesome. I had/have no hesitancy or anxiousness when I need service on my Mini! I know that Jeff will manage my service experience expertly, communicating with me directly and clearly and advocating for my best interests! I live in DC. Sterling Mini is quite some distance away and there are two or more Mini service dealerships closer to me. However, because of Jeff’s and his service team’s excellent service and support, I can’t imagine not being taken care of by him. Jeff’s the best!

Bought our Mini here.

Bought our Mini here. We bought in 2013. This is the first time we’ve ever continued getting a car serviced at the dealer after the warranty ran out. Why? because their courteous and the repairs happened without any “surprises “!

I would have given a 5 if the loaner car section had done

I would have given a 5 if the loaner car section had done a better job. Got a dirty car with crumps and gum wrapper in it. Just gave me the key and I had to figure out the car which was very different of mine. Got stopped by police because no front license plate. Loaner car should be to VA regulation standards.
