You know what.

You know what. I gave parks a second shot to make things right. They did an ok job but now I’m in a bind and they don’t care. Part of our deal was expedited payoff. Well I’ve asked them to figure out why my trade in isn’t paid off as of today with a payment due Sunday and they just ghost you. I had a feeling after how little they responded at first this would be the after sale experience but that was naive of me. They are putting me in a bad spot and won’t do anything about it. They just dismissed me last night and now here we are. I don’t recommend them at all.

Beware, worked with two sales team members and the new

Beware, worked with two sales team members and the new car sales manager Brandon over a week about a trade in and purchase of a new truck. I asked them multiple times over the week to verify the online price of the truck. A week after the initial contact and providing all my trade in information I was told the price was wrong and the truck was $35,000 more then the price listed online. I was then told that all vehicles that have upgrades have incorrect prices online due to their system not being able to change the price?? Does not seem anyone knows what is going on there. I would hold off if you are purchasing a vehicle online.

The sales manager Brandon for this dealership is as

The sales manager Brandon for this dealership is as unprofessional and unethical as anyone I have ever dealt with. He never spoke to us. It was like dealing with the wizard of OZ behind a curtain. After making a deal agreeing on the OTD price and shaking hands on it with the sales consultant. Brandon backed out and didn't have the guts to even come and explain. I bought the same truck for 2K less out the door the next day from Flow of WS. 2025 1500 sierra SLT. I have sympathy for the sales consultants who have to deal with this kind of arrogance day to day.

Spoke to Meredith about purchase of a gmc 2500 and

Spoke to Meredith about purchase of a gmc 2500 and trading my truck in for it . We agreed upon $46000 owed otd and then I noticed online they dropped price of there’s another $1000 so I told her would do $45k out the door. All this was with a wheel package up grade, running boards, window tint . After ignoring my text and a phone call to dealership with no call back she finally text me back that Brandon the manager would do $45k otd but with no add ons which amounts to $6k . So they went up on their price of truck $6k and acted like it was no big issue. After all of this I couldn’t even get a manager to call me . These people are very dishonest and wasted my time . I would never do business with this place.

Don't take your GM vehicle here!

Don't take your GM vehicle here! This isn't my first go around with Parks, and I have given them every opportunity to fix the problem, but I am not getting any action. My 2020 Sierra has been there since September 15. It had an emissions problem (but still operates) and after a couple of weeks they told me they replaced a part but it didn't fix it. They ordered another part, but GM was then on strike. After that part did not arrive after being a month into this, I asked for a service loaner. They obliged but I am now on my third Encore which isn't big enough to handle 4 passengers of any size comfortably. After several communications with the advisor (Elie) I realize he is not on my side at all! After two months I ask "when will my vehicle be done?" he replies, "I am sorry GM went on strike". That not only is not answering my question, but I need action, not an apology! Besides, does he not represent GM!!! I ask him to get me an answer, he tells me I can call GM's customer service. When I ask what is the number, he condescendingly responds, "let me GOOGLE it FOR YOU!" What a joke! I ask him today (November 17) what is the phone number for your manager? He says, we don't have one and that they are trying to hire one. No kidding! Is it any wonder how dysfunctional this service department is? I ask him "what is the next level up manager?" No response!!! Now I have family flying in for Thanksgiving on Monday and have to rent a vehicle because you can't get more than two adults in a Buick Encore. So, if you want to get treated like crap be sure to go to Parks GMC. I still don't have my vehicle back and only God knows when these people will get off their backsides and actualy do some real customer service!
