Very Pleasant

My son and I went to look at SUV’s at Vestal hoping for a Ford Escape. Salesman Trevor Townsend showed us a Ford Explorer and with no hassle gave us a great deal and we bought the car. Thank you Trevor for low stress sale and coming through for us You were awesome! Thanks, Pam and Cale

Recall

Appointment was easy to make, everyone was very friendly and work completed in a timely manner. Although, it would be nice if the waiting room had free coffee or bottles of water.

Fast service

My new truck had some electrical problems and Shannon got right on it with the service department. They fixed it in a day and I had my truck brought back to me.

Nice place nice people

The sales man did everything so fast And he explained everything really good It took only 2 hours to leave the dealership with a brand new truck. I will give him 100 points

Bruce was pleased —Shane was not

Mark-my experiences have been fine. But.... I have to tell you I am very disappointed in the service my son, Shane, has received. We both purchased AT4’s this past summer and it was the first vehicle he has purchased on his own and I have to say I am very disappointed in the way Vestal handled his issues. Again, he purchased a new AT4 and it has been back in the maintenance shop 3 times trying to fix the same issue which is a rattle in the post around where the seat belt is located near the head of the driver. The first time it was at the shop for over 2 weeks and while a Denali was provided, I don’t understand why it took so long. This visit was not over -as soon as he drove it off the lot the noise was back. It then occurred a third time and was provided a less than desirable Buick while you worked on it again. You guys had the truck almost longer than he did and I feel like he got a run-around since he was a younger client and I feel was too patient with getting a desirable result. He finally has the truck, but the way Vestal handled the original issue and even the lack of urgency GMC had to resolve this issue is disturbing. I don’t think you will have a returning customer with Shane and the jury is out with me as to whether or not I would return as a customer even though I like my AT4, You asked for feed back so there you go and I hope you appreciate the fact was not broadcast on any social media outlets, but I feel sure the Vestal family would be disappointed that a first time buyer felt like he got a runaround If you care to discuss this further you can contact Shane or myself- Thanks for asking

Always satisfied with service and techs. Gary Mitchell is outstanding sales rep and represents well Vestal GMC n Kernersville! I do think your parts prices are a little high.
