Mark-my experiences have been fine. But.... I have to tell you I am very disappointed in the service my son, Shane, has received. We both purchased AT4’s this past summer and it was the first vehicle he has purchased on his own and I have to say I am very disappointed in the way Vestal handled his issues. Again, he purchased a new AT4 and it has been back in the maintenance shop 3 times trying to fix the same issue which is a rattle in the post around where the seat belt is located near the head of the driver. The first time it was at the shop for over 2 weeks and while a Denali was provided, I don’t understand why it took so long. This visit was not over -as soon as he drove it off the lot the noise was back. It then occurred a third time and was provided a less than desirable Buick while you worked on it again. You guys had the truck almost longer than he did and I feel like he got a run-around since he was a younger client and I feel was too patient with getting a desirable result. He finally has the truck, but the way Vestal handled the original issue and even the lack of urgency GMC had to resolve this issue is disturbing. I don’t think you will have a returning customer with Shane and the jury is out with me as to whether or not I would return as a customer even though I like my AT4, You asked for feed back so there you go and I hope you appreciate the fact was not broadcast on any social media outlets, but I feel sure the Vestal family would be disappointed that a first time buyer felt like he got a runaround If you care to discuss this further you can contact Shane or myself- Thanks for asking
