Unfortunately there is no chance I can leave this dealer a good review. The dealer blatantly lied to me in order to get this sale. I was talked into a significantly larger down payment then I had intended to put down because they guaranteed that I would not have a car payment for 45 days. Unfortunately this was not true and would have been a deal breaker for me given the size of my down payment. Not to mention they replaced my tag instead of transferring it, gave me no paperwork, bounces me around when I call for it, and never returned my calls. Total disappointment and terrible experience.

Average customer service, WATCH YOUR NUMBERS!!!! They tried to up the price by over 10k and then tried to tag tons of fees on the back end of the deal. Good thing I've done this before and knew what to look for so I refused to sign until they fixed the numbers. Car was not detailed or clean properly either.

My wife and I had heard good things about Brandon Mitsubishi from our neighbors in Seminole. We were pleased when we realized that our dream car, which we found searching online, was actually their listing. So we went to Brandon and bought the car, which we are completely happy with! We purchased a beautiful Chrysler 300 with the help of our salesperson Fredy. We've bought a lot of cars in 60 years, and sometimes the experience can be brutal, but occassionally, with the right dealership and personnel, it can actually be fun and exciting. This was definitely the case here. Working with Fredy felt like we had a friend on the inside. When the time came to get the deal approved by the GM, we were actually introduced to him personally, and he was as pleasant, cooperative and fair as we could possibly have hoped! This assured us of the ethics of the dealership, and put our minds at ease that we had made the right decision. We will absolutely return to Brandon Mitsubishi, and highly recommend that you consider them to be an excellent dealership with customer care at its forefront, and integrity at its core. I've been bringing my car here for more than 5-years and have always received good service by the Brandon Mitsubishi team. Honest and efficient service while I wait with periodic updates from the service manager and even the mechanic. Very satisfied.
