The Lake Geneva Kunes team is the best! They all work together as a team to give the best experience possible. I came an hour earlier than my appointment and they all jumped in to get me on the road in my new Traverse as quickly as possible. Vince took me for a test drive and showed me how to use all the technology in my new car. Luis got all my financing together quickly. And Gerardo went over all the technology for me a second time before I left and reassured me that if I need any more help learning about my vehicle that he is happy to have me call or stop back any time to show me how to use the many different options that are available. 2 days after my purchase was finalized I had some questions regarding my financing, and Robert took the time to go over it all with me for an hour. He was kind, and patient and went over everything with me until I was 100% confident. I highly recommend Lake Geneva Kunes and I will be back next time I am in the market!

It was a great experience. I was able to get my truck in within a couple days.. I did not have a ride back home, They gave me a ride back home. And they come and pick me up when it was finished. It was amazing customer service. Everybody was very polite and friendly. Thank you.!

This dealership sells lemons to good people and don't cover warranties as promised spent 45,000 dollars to drive 36,000 miles no explanation of why my warranty was not covered just hungry salesmen trying to trap me into another xxxxxxxx obligation.no fear warranty is absolute crap

Kool people to deal with friendly helpful doesn't push me to extra to add to the deal. And when I call for something to add on to the truck thay send me link right away great people to bye from from sails to paper work sing out and manerger specially the manerger that deal with me he has same truck but one year older it's a great truck to have.

How can I complain? New brakes, shocks and struts right before winter. Thank you! You are appreciated!
