Had been searching the internet for a blue Ford Edge with

Had been searching the internet for a blue Ford Edge with 6 cylinder engine for about 3 months. Finally found one at James River Ford in Ozark, MO. Went in to test drive it and was told that it was a new arrival, and was still being checked out by their shop. This was on a Saturday. I was unable to drive the car, but did get to see it and take some pics. The sales man took my info and told me that he would call me it was ready for sale. He introduced me to his manager, and he told me that he would give me the first crack at buying the car. They sold the car to another buyer the following Monday, without even contacting me. Worst sales experience I have ever had. I would rate them lower than zero stars if possible.

Byron was an absolutely pleasure to work with!

Byron was an absolutely pleasure to work with! Car buying can be scary, time consuming, and straight up exhausting but purchasing from Byron and James River Ford was none of those things. They made the process quick, easy, and painless! I barely did anything and they matched me to everything I needed and wanted. I’ll be coming back to them for future purchases and referring everyone I know! Thanks again!

First- I’m the guy that buys a used Mazda 3 from a Ford

First- I’m the guy that buys a used Mazda 3 from a Ford dealership. Guru found me a sweet unicorn of a maz 3 6 speed hatch and I couldn’t reach out fast enough. Tyler answered my txt on his day off from his house. He was quick to shoot me over a video description and any details the next day. The process was seamless- and living over 4 hours away, the dealership had staff deliver it to my house (very lovely couple btw). Every story has its negative, so the low down was a a few things came with the vehicle that weren’t described. Mind you, these are hazards of buying a vehicle remotely. Regardless, after a months worth of playing phone tag and communication issues with schedules, the owner of the dealership reached out to talk to me about any issues I have had. This example shows how deep James River Ford really cares about discussing any issues or making anything right that a customer might have. Within 12 hours of the owner calling me, any issues were mitigated. This place really puts the customer first- because they understand for most people a vehicle purchase is a gigantic financial step. Please give this dealership 3,4, maybe even 5 looks at every car they have. Whichever you choose know that they will make sure your taken care of regardless of any issues or preferences you have. Thanks again James river - my experience with you and your dealership made an impact when you went the extra mile to be impactful to a customer. I will be buying a 3/4 ton truck in the next few years and I will absolutely drive 4 hours to get one from them!

I went into test drive a car, sat down with the salesman to what I thought was negotiate price. After talking to his manager, he came back with the original advertise price plus the $597 administration fee and they wouldn’t negotiate off of that price at all. If they’re gonna be a no haggle dealer, they need to advertise that and I wouldn’t have wasted my time. . Very helpful and knowledgeable on ford vehicles, helped me get the Maverick that I wanted at a good price. I'm not sure I like having to go to my phone when I want to look something up in owners manual.
