This was a horrible experience Stephen knew the exact car we were going there to see and instead of saying hey the car you want currently has a recall hold on it instead of playing game and having us look at different cars and trying to push us to pay a vehicle we didn’t want. Then we settled for a different vehicle and they promised to give us a deal on it but then jacked the price.

CAUTION! Avoid this dealership! They added a lowjack charge of $1500 to the sales invoice after telling us they would remove it. When confronted after the sale they lied and the sales manager actually blamed us by saying that "you should always read what you are signing". When I asked the sales manager if their reputation was really worth it he replied by saying that they sell hundreds of cars there and isn't worried about it. I love the car but will avoid this dealership and their greasy tactics going forward. They have lost the opportunity to perform maintenance on both of our KIAs going forward.
