We had found a used F150 on their lot that had the

We had found a used F150 on their lot that had the options we were looking for. We discussed over the phone with Patrick that we were driving a distance and we would be there within an hour and a half. When we were less than 15 minutes away from dealership we called again and told Patrick we would be arriving in 15 minutes. Patrick supposedly had the keys on his desk but upon arrival another salesman had taken the keys from Patricks desk and taken another party out for a drive. We arrived and couldnt find the truck then saw the party pull up in it. Patrick then said lets hurry take it for a spin and get back and get paperwork submitted before the other party as they were younger and would probably have a tough time getting financing. We had roughly a 1 mile drive in the truck and were pushed to get back to dealership to get paperwork started. By that time we were very uncomfortable with the entire process not just that they couldnt hold the keys when we had driven a distance and called them twice saying we were 15 minutes away but then to be pushed into a quick short drive just to get paperwork started was unreal. Patrick along with a General manager came and told us to just wait 10 minutes as they didnt feel the younger man would get financing so the truck should be available. We decided we would go across the highway to the Ford dealership and look. Needless to say they kept trying to get us to stay or how about another truck, just wait 10 minutes, we finally received a phone call almost an hour later stating the truck had sold but, we were welcome to come back and see what else they had in order to get our sale. Very very poor customer service, knowing someone is traveling a distance plus checking in along our drive saying we were almost there and then vehicle snatched right out from under you. No respect for this way of business or the people on the floor doing business. We understand holding something for too long but, they knew the distance we were coming and could have easily placed a hold on the truck for an hour and a half. No time for this type of customer service. Plenty of other dealerships that treat you far better and are there for you before, during and after the sale. Very disappointed NON-CUSTOMER.

Sale rep was phenomenal.

Sale rep was phenomenal. 8 months after purchasing the new vehicle the trans was switching hard and thick grease always appearing on the passengers front door. I made a phone call to schedule service and the service date was a week out. My vehicle sat there on there lot for a week. They found nothing to be wrong with the vehicle. I called to get a shuttle to pick me up so I could pick up my vehicle. I was supposed to to have been picked up by 4:30 no show so I called the store. I was informed the vehicle was being delivered to my address but they had another stop on the way. They had no permission to drive my vehicle period let alone using my vehicle for another stop absolutely not acceptable. Not to mention I asked for a loaner vehicle but there was none available. Very poor service!!

Son was great and found us a truck at the price and

Son was great and found us a truck at the price and requirements we needed. We drove 4 hours to pick up vehicle and when we arrived it was not ready even though they said the day before it would be … Eric the finance manager was awful… he pushed us to do extra warranties that we didn’t want. He then xxxxed up all our paperwork including my date of birth (he said our bank of 10 years had my date of birth incorrect) he literally had a copy of my drivers license and never asked me or looked at it to check. We got declined by three banks even though my wife and I both had 800+ credit scores. He told us he would mail us paperwork and again our address was wrong and my date of birth had not been changed. He told us to sign the incorrect paperwork and he would change it on his end. We said no and to send us the correct paperwork . He then acted like that was tough and we never got updated paperwork … he used our previous paperwork that we signed whiek there but it was incorrect. We asked for 2 months for copies and he said he would send them but never did. When we tried to talk with manager magically he would always be the one they sent us too and told us we could not talk with anyone who was above him …. Awful service and never buy vehicle for them !!!!

Aaron, the salesman we dealt with, was lovely and very

Aaron, the salesman we dealt with, was lovely and very helpful. We drove down to check out a car we’d seen online and asked that the paperwork be done as much in advance/over the phone. He was as helpful as he could be (though this request ended up being derailed by their finance manager) and clearly cared about getting us into a vehicle we liked. Patrick, their finance guy, was an absolute nightmare. He stated we’d have no problem sticking to the monthly payment we discussed and must have known this was untrue, and put the credit app through anyway. Argued with me when I declined their extra warranties and implied I was naive for opting out of gap insurance. When we asked about extra fees they deliberately hid for dealer installed add-ons not advertised online, he was all too quick to point out that this is non-negotiable and disclosed somewhere buried in “the fine print”, clearly aware this is a predatory practice. He seemed to take pleasure in gaming us into a higher payment and extra junk we didn’t want. This is my fourth vehicle purchase and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Pushy, rude, and altogether unpleasant to deal with. Will not go back.
