Me and my mom had an amazing experience!!! We got a referral from my aunt and I’m not disappointed!! Shay was customer service was incredible. He helped my mom pick her brand new car. My mom came in with no expectations and he blew them out the waters. I’d highly recommend coming and requesting Shay if you need a new car. I will definitely be back to get mines.

At first my experience was great…. But then all H*** happened not even 24hrs later the car started crashing out… it has been problem after problem!!! And everyone keeps pointing fingers at everyone but who’s responsible!!! The manager at DriveTime “Jazzie” is a complete joke… she will portray that she’s has your back and will do everything to make sure things right!!! But that was A COMPLETE LIE… I asked to speak to her manager on several occasions and she refused to make that happen!!! Don’t waste your time or money here… because you’ll have nothing but problems …
