DO NOT TRUST!!! Wasted 2 trips to see a Jeep that is listed at both of their loctions. Magically the car "just sold" when we arrived. Due to the fact that it was over an hour to get to the location(s), we inquired whether the car was present and was available. Both times, we were told yes, the car was there and was still available. Not sure what the deal is, but I would NEVER trust them again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS!!! I called about a 2021 Kia K5 they had listed I wanted to make sure the car was still available and the price advertised was accurate since i would be traveling from over 2 hours away and they assured me of both. I made an appointment to go see the car on Sunday I spoke to Marvin to confirm my appointment and that the car was still available and he said yes and to call him when I was 15 min away so he could have the car ready for me. when i was 20 min away i let Marvin know and he said he would have the car ready. I got to the dealer after a 2.5 hour drive and I asked for Marvin they told me he was not in today that was a red flag as he was the one i was talking and texting with. So they set me up with George when we sat down with George he disappeared for 10 minutes and came back to tell me the car was not there it was at the body shop for paint work on the bumper. I said well I would take a ride to the body shop to see the car he said they closed already. They were very rude and lied to me for two days right up until the last minute when i was there. This dealership is a scam and a bunch of liars. they use false advertising and lure you to the dealer to sell you something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!

Do not do any business with CPM, they are shady and very rude. They will tell you a different price but inflate the amount on the loan. Their staffs are blatantly rude and very unprofessional. Angel was my loan officer and he is shady. There's another guy called Anthony, he is very rude alongside a woman called Ashley. That Ashley dropped the call on me. BECAREFUL AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Like other reviews the price listed is nowhere near what the asking price is. I looked at a 2021 Dodge Challenger listed at $29,900 and was told through the text chat that that was the cash price of the car. When you walk in the door it's super high pressure sales tactics they won't help you unless you give them a credit card and they put $100 deposit down they won't help you unless they run the credit before they do anything else. Once you sit down with the finance manager he has all his math hidden from you and just gives you an enormous payment and when you start asking to break it down it comes out to $6,000 warranties that they don't know the name of the company that they are selling.$2,000 with a destination fees$2,000 with a reconditioning fees. Okay problem is I've already saw the Carfax The car was looking at was from New York how they get a $2,000 destination fee The carfactual the service they did pretty much just an oil change and a tire rotation $2,000. I understand they're under selling their prices of cars but just tell people the price I guess they're hoping that your emotions take over and you let them take an extra $10,000 out of your pocket. I don't recommend them. Ivan went back after about a month and a half cuz I really like the car through chat trying to get a price for the car after them and sitting for 90 days and they literally won't give you a price. By the way they have an affiliate dealership with the same cars listed on their site and they're just a scammy as these guys are.. so the affiliate dealership gave me a price on the car it was listed today at 29,650. So after calling and talking to the sales manager after pushing through several other people. I finally got into admit he couldn't saw that car for less than $37,000. So the bare minimum there would have been a $7,000 up charge from the listed price. On top of that he lied and told me there was a $2,000 deposit That's supposed to be added to the price right off the bat. And if you read they're fine print it literally says $2,000 deposit is incorporated into it and a rebate. So they don't even know where their own website says. I really wish we can get together and everybody file a complain against this place if they get enough complaints from the public to the DMV or better Business bureau or whatever and whoever is in charge of dealerships honesty maybe it'll make this place go out of business or straight themselves up.

The most disorganized company I've ever dealt with. Language and professionalizum sucks and Initially I reached out about a vehicle I was interested in stated they had it when I arrived they stated that SUV was gone, They Placed many calls stating that I was approved for a minimum down payment and then when I arrived 3 hrs later for the 3 time stated we needed more of down payment so disheartening and unprofessional!! All scammers be careful when you go to this place 😡

It's a scam, the sale price has a surcharge of $9,000 and the interest rate for financing also has a surcharge of more than 1%. I will never go back, I do not recommend it, you can get scammed.
