Thank you Kim Green, Ed and all the staff at Subaru of Fort Myers for providing me with a such pleasant experience by listening to my concern and helping me achieve what I needed. For now on, I will only drive a Subaru.

The sales staff was awesome, the financing individual was a bully, condescending, and not truthful who is no longer with Subaru of Ft. Myers. After 5 months we are still fighting/waiting for a credit for add-ons that were wrongfully added to the our contract. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The credit for the wrongful add-ons was approved 3 months ago but somehow it has never reached our lien holder. Calls weekly have not resolved this nightmare. I'm not sure it will ever get resolved and I am out $5,000. Jack Woodring should be ashamed of the handling of this unfortunate event. Buyer beware!
