I would not recommend this Dealership to my worst enemy
I would not recommend this Dealership to my worst enemy and differently if you are a woman make sure you take a male with you because they will definitely take advantage of you and give you the crappiest car on the lot they lie and claim it is under warranty but they give you no paperwork at all and the are not willing to do the right thing when they already know they have screwed you over never again will I be using them nor will I be sending any one or recommend any one using them I Delt with Dolton, Hosea,Toni and Johnathan oh and by the way they wanted to charge 500 dollars for a battery because it when out before I made my first payment but they said warranty doesn't cover that but they keep it an extra day because it was making an idling noise and they were supposed to fix it before I got my car. What a joke 🤣 and no I didn't pay 500 dollars for a battery I paid 80 dollars for one at Walmart.

This was an out of town purchase.
This was an out of town purchase. I live in Houston, TX. I purchased from Pittsburg, TX. So all comms was done via phone. They worked w/me on price. Included in the agreement was that they would ship the vehicle to me. I decided to purchase. Overall the purchase part went well. However, I have execellent credit, so part of the purchasing process going well was because of me (credit score & putting $15k down). I had interactions w/Amy M. Jose V. (GM) and Cesar (Finance). All interactions w/the people were fine, all were nice & professional. The only hiccup was the delivery aspect of the process. I purchased the vehicle on 06/04 (Wed). I did my part & was very prompt about completing the paperwork via docusign & sending the wire for $15k. I received a call from Amy on Fri, 06/06 wanting to confirm my address for the temp plates. I asked about delivery & she said that it should be delivered to me today. I was very excited to hear that I was going to get my Jeep. Then she put me on hold & came back & said they could not ship because there were problems w/funding. I told her that they got the wire & that finance went through them & there were no problems. I quickly called their local bank & their bank confirmed they received the wire the day before. I text Amy & Jose to find out what is really going on....did not hear back, so I called. All ended up being fine (however, I suspect it was a diversion to use as an excuse as to why the vehicle was not going to be shipped that day since she slipped-up & said that it was going to be). Later that night Jose called me to tell me that my car would be delivered on Mon, but I had to pick it up from Manhiem probably around 5pm. I agreed. Mon, 06/09, a lot of back & forth, back & forth (I left work early & had to take an Uber (1 hr to work & 1 hr back) since I got rid of my truck on Sun, 06/07, since I was told I would be getting my vehicle delivered on Mon. No vehicle on Mon... I was then told it would be here Tues, 06/10 b/c of the weather they had on Mon....Well, little did they know that my husband drove open road & hot shot & shipping companies don't play that game. Rain is not going to stop them (my husband was later told (after getting involved) that it was due to a driver have a "tummy ache")....Tues rolls around, a lot of back & forth again. I borrowed my husband truck & left work early again, so I could get to that side of town & get the car without the transport guy waiting on me. Nope, .....no car. Was told it would be Wed by 3pm, but no later than 5pm....took Uber to work (1-hr there, left work early again) & Ubered back 1-hr. A lot of back & forth, back & forth...& was told that the vehicle was picked up & left about 11:30am-12noon....It is a 4-1/2 drive from Pittsburg, TX to Houston, TX...the weather was bad, but a driver would only go through bad weather for about 1-2 hours out of the 4-1/2 drive (was watching weather radar on phone)....Sat by my phone from 3:30pm to 7:45pm waiting on a call from the transport company. Got a text from Jose saying the transport company had been trying to call me for 2 hours ----xxxxxxxx! I had my phone on me like white-on-rice. Headed over to Manheim got the vehicle. Note, my purchasing paperwork said the Odometer was 10 miles. I got in the vehicle and the mileage was 43 miles. Wow! Someone was cruising around about 33 miles on my expense. Not cool. In any event, I must say Jose V. was very professional throughout the whole process. There were times I wished he would have been the one to keep me posted, instead of me being the one having to constantly text for info & updates. Would I buy from them again? Yes. However, I would not leave it to them to transport a vehicle. Just pay the money & get your own shipping vendor to do it. The loss of work for 3 days in a row & the cost of Uber was not cool either. Transporter said he left Pittsburg, TX at 2:30-3pm....so that was a lie as well, when I was told driver left at 12.

If you are looking for a dealership that will go out of
If you are looking for a dealership that will go out of their way to make a vehicle buying experience easy, stress free, and who will listen to you and not push you into something you don’t want. Make the drive to Pittsburgh, TX! When you arrive, ask for Amy. Amy will go above and beyond to assist you with your vehicle purchase. After visiting multiple dealerships in my area, finding one dead end after another. Not finding anyone who would give me the time of day, or was quick to say, I can’t work with those numbers. It was only because of Amy’s professionalism and customer loyalty that I drove an hour to Pittsburgh, TX. I’m glad I did. Amy did an amazing job! I was greeted you a smile by everyone there. I have NEVER had a dealership work with me so well. Again, head to Pittsburgh, and ask for Amy! You will not be disappointed!

Not normal for me to leave reviews but this dealership
Not normal for me to leave reviews but this dealership deserves this. After buying a used vehicle, they will always have some issues but one in particular was an issue. A non-functional heater. The dealership promised to fix it but when it came time to pay for it “it’s the responsibility of the warranty.” We aren’t going to do anything for you. The ethics of this are absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible staff, terrible communication, and horrible package offers. They try to take on any ridiculous fee to unfairly scam people. Ick.

This is the best dealership, hands down!
I’ve had my fair shares of customer service from various dealerships. They all have been “friendly” but at the end of the day all they want is your money. For the first time, Camp County has helped me beyond belief and cared for me concerns. I walked in hoping for simple service, and walked out with superior service! I got my truck from Jonathan, and he has been the absolute best to work with. The amount of hours he has put fourth to make sure my truck is safe, is something I can never repay him for. I was having some issues with my truck, and he took care of the problem immediately. The only issue I had was that I did not want to leave the dealership he was that kind. I highly recommend to anyone looking to come here, and especially ask for Jonathan.

Good dealership. Great people.
This dealership did a heckuva job, at good prices, keeping my 2007 dually in top shape. After Jonathon worked for months to find me the right, new dually for my ranch, they gave me more than I expected on the trade in. Then they went out and found a really nice used dually for my daughter at a very fair price. If you wanna buy a truck from a dealership that will stand behind you, go see these guys and ask for Jonathon.
