My son in law takes his wife’s car in for service and never have a problem with the wait or the customer service. Just at first buying the car there felt pressure but no hard feelings! So far it’s been good

Sales guy Alex was good but management does not run a
Sales guy Alex was good but management does not run a very good store. We waited 2 hours for new vehicle to be detailed and they didn’t even fix a bumper scratch. More paperwork than when I bought my house.

I trust the service technicians and have never experienced unnecessary upsells or pressure to complete unnecessary maintenance or repairs. Marco is my latest service advisor and he is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Pleasant experience dealing with Marko, the service
Pleasant experience dealing with Marko, the service advisor who took care of my CX-5. This was a no appointment visit because of a warning light for the parking brake and Marko got right on it. The mechanic who actually troubleshot the problem determined it was a battery that had reached end of life. I had the service advisor throw on an oil change and tire rotation since it was close to time for that. I was back on the road in less than two hours.
