Had a wheel alignment done.

Had a wheel alignment done. Satisfied with the work performed . However, there was an error made with the mileage identified on the survey. The survey reported 86,000 kilometers on the vehicle while the odometer read only 54,000 Kilometers.

Our sale associate Elyja was amazing.

Our sale associate Elyja was amazing. We told him the payment we needed and he went back to get approval. He came back saying we were all set and we waited a while for financing to come get us. Brandon was very nice at first but when he told us the the payment was $70 more than what we agreed and we said that’s not what we agreed on he got a little testy. The sales manager came in and verified the payment we agreed on but Brandon continued to get an attitude. He went to get the finance manager Cory who had even a worse attitude. We eventually split the difference but we still faced attitude with Brandon as we signed the papers. He never went over anything that we were signing, just pointed to where to sign. We had to scroll back up the forms so we could verify the documents. Pretty unprofessional. He never thanked us or congratulated us. I guess it was a typical car buying experience, great sales person and a finance department that tries to get one over on you. You are forced to by a “warranty” that is $2000 and you have no option to decline. Also, the two rear tires were absolutely bald but they said it passed the safety inspection. The tire pressure in one was 17 when we went to test drive. They wouldn’t put new tires on but gave us a “discount” off the car to compensate but we didn’t see it on the finance page. After fighting and dealing with the unprofessionalism of the finance department it just wasn’t worth the fight. I originally said I would recommend the dealership, but upon more thought, I wouldn’t want anyone I know to have to deal with the finance team here.
