I took my car for a change for a new transmission.

I took my car for a change for a new transmission. They had the car for 3 weeks. They call saying the car is ready. The following day the car leaves me write in the middle of the turnpike..they didn't ride the car or check it before I picked it up. So I returned the car they had it for another week saying some mambo jambo..when I picked it up again it was still doing the same things as when I took it the first time. I would never take a car there for repairs or even buy a car there...or even recommend that place to anyone for that matter..

No wonder they only have a 2.

No wonder they only have a 2.3 rating on Yelp! Don’t waste your time here. This is the worst dealership experience I’ve had. First, they gave me a price, but when I called back to confirm, they stopped replying. After chasing them down, I was finally told they couldn’t honor the deal — and they tried to make it sound like it was my fault. No transparency, no accountability, and terrible communication. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Jessie the service advisor is the sweetest person you’ll

Jessie the service advisor is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, Thomas the mechanic is all around one of the best, trust me your car is in great hands when he’s on the job, I can’t for get about the best car salesman hands down is Edmond he can get you in that car you want, he will not give up until it’s finalized, if only nissan knew how special they are to that company.

I was contacted by a customer success manager after

I was contacted by a customer success manager after putting in my request for inquiry. Cs manager explained to me that someone should be reaching out. Someone did reach out but after taking my contact information, i never heard from any of them again. Car looks like it's still there so idk, I'll keep my rating at 1 star because of the low effort to try to sell a car thats been sitting there that long.
