Enjoyed working with Alexander. He was helpful and didn’t push us to make a quick decision. He was upfront on history of car and what services they had performed. I got a beautiful car and have been enjoying it with no problems.

I find out today that the car won't be available even
I find out today that the car won't be available even though the offer is supposed to be good until the 18th - The woman on the phone was rude calling me "Honey" and the experience was sooo unprofessional......... I had rented a car to drive from South Carolina to Tennessee and glad I called today to make a trip for nothing - The car buying experience has turned out to be a completely horrific experience...

Our vehicles are posted upon arrival to give customers the opportunity to learn about them, schedule financing, and plan a visit, which we communicated to you several times. We strive to be transparent by listing new arrivals early, specifically to give customers a chance to confirm availability, ask questions, and make arrangements before finalizing plans. While you reached out several times, each team member tried their best to assist and keep communication respectful despite the challenging tone. We had to disconnect the call due to the excessive yelling and inappropriate comments, including racially insensitive remarks... Regarding the rental car, that seems to have been a premature arrangement since no appointment or confirmation had been set up. For any future car inquiries, we recommend confirming availability and readiness to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Our goal is to provide respectful, realistic, and helpful guidance to our customers, and we appreciate understanding on both sides.

Sales was great. Other reviews state they did not reach out. This dealership was the most laid back I have been to. I am not sure why others want sales guys calling them back to back? I'd rather come somewhere like here. They gave me the keys and 30 mins to look over the car MYSELF without standing over my shoulder. These men DO IT RIGHT! Thank you fellas.

The only car dealership that will not return your call, they sent email saying someone would contact us soon but that was untrue. All good now, another nearby dealer picked up our business, can’t complain 😊
