First class experience.

I had been searching for a car for 3 months when I found a Chevy Impala that I thought would be perfect for me. Kasper had a great price with a lifetime warranty. I was contacted by Todd who answered all the questions I had putting me at ease. When I finally visited the dealership Todd made sure Mike had the car pulled up and waiting for me. The customer service was first class and next time i am in the market for a car I will most likely purchase there.

WOW Outstanding

I found Frank Sirse almost 30 years ago when he rebuilt my Datsun 280Z after it was rear ended. I was so impressed with his honesty and price that I used him for all my car needs. When Frank moved out to Kasper it was not a question that I would follow. I have now bought a car through Kasper and was treated with the same honesty and respect that Frank gave. I have moved to Atlanta but still have family in north Ohio that I visit. When I do come north I make sure that I talk to Frank about any car issues or problems I have been having. I highly recommend BOTH Kasper and Frank for all your car needs.

service that works for u

bought my truck from them in sept and been back reguraly for maintenance and a couple of other things and they work around you the best to there ability and have always been very helpful and informative whenever i needed anything and have highly recomended them to others

Bad Rear End

my car broke down so I had to have it repaired at kasper even though it us a Ford. Frank Sirse did an excellent job for me. He provided a rental car and kept me updated about the repair at all times. I was so impressed i now bring all my repairs to him.

My opinion

This dealership is 5 stars across the board. Not only are they friendly but the prices were hundreds below the rest. Plus I got a life time warranty which I hope I never have to use but if I do I no I will pay nothing out of pocket. Nathan and Todd were professional and caring...

Sales Experience

Our salesman, Charles Frantz, was top-notch and I never felt pressured to buy. He was patient, professional and answered all our questions immediately and found the answers to the couple of questions he didn't know off the top of his head. He does his homework and enjoys his job - and it shows! Financing was quick and again I didn't feel pressured. Overall a great experience - and I usually hate car shopping!!
