As always very impressed with this dealership. Although most people do not know it as a family business all you have to do is deal with them once and you will know it is! We have always bought new and this was our first used car experience, Sue Chio was wonderful, she took our requirements and showed us what she had to offer. Although the sales lot was being resurfaced it did not hinder our buying experience at all and the fact that Sue was so laid back, easy to talk to and informative made buying a used car more comfortable. I will definitely return Buff Whelan when I need another car, probably not for a while because of the GM quality!
