The new location may be less convenient for people in Northshore, Hixson, and Signal Mountain but the space itself is brightly lit, airy, and pleasant with a good selection of vehicles on display. The service center is very convenient due to its covered parking. The staff have been attentive, professional, and helpful without being pushy. Samuel did a very good job listening and working with me to focus on my specific shopping requirements. I particularly appreciate his willingness to accept when I ruled out options which might seem like useful alternatives to other folks but did not fit what I wanted. Being "sold" on something I've already said no to is a waste of everyone's time and I'm pleased to say that none of my time was wasted on this shopping trip.

We found a vehicle we were interested in online. Kenny reached out in the morning, we were at the dealership about 30 minutes later, and we were in our new car in about 2 hours. I told Kenny from the beginning that we were looking to get a certain amount for our trade, and Kenny was able to get the deal I was looking for without any haggling or negotiating. I told Kenny several times that this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. We will definitely be recommending Crown Subaru and Kenny to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

The customer service employee, Lucas Weir, was great! He was friendly and very professional. He gave me a detailed explanation of what maintenance services my car would be receiving, kept me updated frequently on the progress, and made sure that I approved any additional services before proceeding. At check-out he explained what was done and what maintenance may be needed in the near future. The waiting room was also very comfortable and appreciated that coffe was provided!
