I had a scheduled appointment for maintenance. Worked with Matthew White service rep. We reviewed The work to be done. I also mentioned an issue a recent issue with eyesight not working. Matthew listened and took notes. We reviewed the work to be done. He promised to keep me updated with text and video. We also visually reviewed my car and he pointed out several areas that needed bodywork. He was polite, per courteous, knowledgeable, professional. I always have a great experience when I go to Crown Subaru, whether it’s purchasing a new vehicle or having maintenance work Done. Thanks, Matthew White for giving me a great experience!

The customer service employee, Lucas Weir, was great! He was friendly and very professional. He gave me a detailed explanation of what maintenance services my car would be receiving, kept me updated frequently on the progress, and made sure that I approved any additional services before proceeding. At check-out he explained what was done and what maintenance may be needed in the near future. The waiting room was also very comfortable and appreciated that coffe was provided!

Good experience at crown Subaru this past weekend … appointment for Monday; left car over the weekend and service Melissa Dalton stayed in touch till i left with my car … communication is most important to me and she way very good . All of the service refs at crown are very good.
