Alyss Lupo was exceptional. She diagnosed my problem and said to call the Subaru customer advocate to see if the would help. They did and she ordered the part before I could even get back to her. She is very pro active and customer oriented. She will be my go to in the future.

Jacqueline was up front with me the entire time (the car i wanted was heading to auction). She was incredibly respectful and understanding with my situation.
