Even though I purchased my Range Rover from an out-of-town dealership, Michael at the Orlando dealership was nothing short of exceptional. Having worked with him on past purchases, I felt confident reaching out with questions about my pending new vehicle purchase. Michael took the time to explain the process, suggested the right questions to ask, and was always available—whether by call or text. He even went the extra mile by contacting the out-of-town dealership directly to make sure everything went smoothly. I’m truly grateful for his professionalism, guidance, and dedication to looking out for my best interests.

I purchased a Certified Used car from this dealership and basically the whole year I had the car there were problems with the screens and if you know RR, they control about everything you do with the car. With it being Certified the maintenance was covered, just very hard to take a car in like 5 times for the same thing. SO, I sold the car back to them. Once this happened, I cancelled an Extended Warranty that was for 2/2026 to 02/2028 to cover the car I felt I would keep for more years. But cancelling the Extended warranty in 2025, they already prorated it and cause me to LOSE $1,500.00 of what I paid, because they claim it started the day of purchase, based on the finance guy that I dealt with this is a lie. BECAUSE, all the service I had while owning the car was covered because it was Certified until 02/2026!

Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience so we can work towards finding a resolution together. Thank you, Julius Green - General Manager - juliusgreen@lithia.com
Then it is simple, make a check for the amount I was shorted and sent it to me. Everyone from the dealership keeps saying how they understand and wand to do the right thing, then the concern ends and no one does anything.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I need to share my experience so others can avoid what I’m going through. I bought a 2020 Range Rover from Land Rover Orlando in May. Within a week I raised concerns about noises and fault codes and tried multiple times to reach service. Calls, emails, and voicemails went unanswered until weeks later when someone finally told me “don’t worry unless the engine light is on.” Not even two months later, the engine failed with a cracked cylinder. The car has now been down for over two months, and they have told me they will not cover the repair. I’ve already spent around $5,000 on this car in the short period I have owned it (two months), and the engine replacement is estimated at $30,000. I recently discovered that the vehicle had years of coolant system problems before my purchase — leaks, smells, overheating, replaced hoses and pipes, even knocking noises — none of which showed up on the Carfax the dealer provided. Despite this history, I was repeatedly reassured I was buying a solid vehicle from a “legit Land Rover dealer.” To make matters worse, the non-Lithia Motors but authorized Land Rover dealer that first inspected my car when the engine light came on has told me directly they are 100% certain this was a pre-existing condition. They even said if this car had been sold by them, they would be installing a new engine at their cost — not leaving me with the bill. Instead of standing behind the sale, Lithia is hiding behind a strict 60-day warranty cutoff, even though I raised concerns within the first week. They also made me pay nearly $1,000 to have the car towed to another Lithia dealer, who kept it for 34 days before telling me they wouldn’t help. I have also reached out to Lithia Motors, the parent company, directly. I sent five emails and left five voicemails in the span of a week, finally receiving a response last night (8 days later). Their response was dismissive and contained false statements from the Orlando LR dealership. For corporate to misstate facts and then declare my case “final” without addressing the documented pre-sale issues is unacceptable. For a Fortune 500 company, this level of accountability and communication is disgraceful. This has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I am still without a car, thousands of dollars out of pocket, and left with a $30k repair estimate on a vehicle I’ve barely been able to drive. I have never felt so helpless in my entire life.

My wife and I are huge fans of Michael Kammer at Land
My wife and I are huge fans of Michael Kammer at Land Rover Orlando. We've purchased multiple vehicles from him. I've personally worked with Michael now for more than 10 years (closer to 20!). We are currently speaking with him again about a future Defender 130 purchase in the near future. He's extremely helpful for any issue that arises post-purchase. Very knowledgeable. Always fair. We greatly appreciate the work he does at Land Rover Orlando, his guidance and we highly recommend him.
