This was one of the best transaction for a new car that I have ever experienced. I had first contacted Tao he was good but made me question my experience for several reasons. So on the day I had scheduled he had partnered me with Andrew and AJ they were great. My other concerns where the fact that mea and my wife where about $10k upside down in our vehicles (2) that we where trading in. We for sure that we were going to have a high payment and then by the time they add dealer fees and warranty’s such as GAP etc. also there are no dealer handling fee. We also didn’t feel any pressure just such a relaxed feeling. we where SHOCKED. We got a top of the line Ford Explorer, with a premium package that includes oil changes, tires etc and GAP insurance. They superseded the monthly payment by $100. AJ was great to deal with very nice and educated. I am so glad Tao was sick. Thank you AJ and Andrew!!! You made a customer for life.

Teo is an absolute rockstar, he helped guide me through the buying process with a smile and thoughtfulness despite how busy it was. Would recommend working with Teo to anyone and everyone. It will make a very stressful process seem like a breeze.

The one price policy is great.
The one price policy is great. I prefer their no fees and no haggling policy. The attendants Shy and Tyler were great. Very supportive, responsive, communicative. This dealer has a policy that once you agree to move forward, they pride themselves to deliver on their one hour promise and get you out the door in 60min. Unfortunately, my wife and I did not really get that experience.

Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop,
Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop, they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only ran diagnostics on the 1st and 15th of the month which I’ve never heard of and so I had to wait until the 1st. The 1st came around and they didn’t call me. I tried calling and The service adviser would ignore my calls and just txt me one word answers. I had to go in person to get answers and my vehicle was in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off at. They said they were waiting on parts and weeks passed again and no communication from them at all. Finally they said they had parts and would start on repairs at the end of the week. I gave them another chance and again nothing was done my vehicle was still in the same parking space. At this point March had gone by and it was now April. I got tired of waiting and I had my truck towed to another dealership that took my truck in and got it up and running within 4 days. Absolutely don’t even think about going here the customer service is horrible and they don’t really seem to care to get your vehicle back to you at all. If I could give zero stars rating I would. Please don’t waste your time, they will only give you the run around and never actually get anything done.

I have had my 2018 F-150 serviced there Chaz is the main service guy i work with, but I got Ashley and Zackary. Been to other dealerships this by far the best in colorado since 1992 and Ford has all i have purchase from.

Had such a great experience getting my daughter a new car a few months ago that I came back to get a new Bronco for myself.
