Our first time here since we're from out of state.

Our first time here since we're from out of state. They had the truck we were looking for. We purchased a Maverick Lariat Hybrid truck from Schomp Ford 's salesperson Sierra Medina. Her number is (720)439-5744. We did an out of state purchase. We called her and told her what we were looking for. She looked up their inventory and found exactly what we wanted. We explained that we were out state and she said they do it all the time. We gave her the information she needed and she processed the paperwork and emailed them to me. She called us and thoroughly explained everything to us and told us where to sign. She checked everything and we forwarded the paperwork to our financial institution. We FedEx the check and we had our truck within a few days; we had a prior commitment, so we asked Sierra if they would hold the truck for us. We added a few accessories that were installed by the time we picked up the truck. She was very accommodating. Sierra made this deal transparent and easy for us. She had the truck detailed and was shiny and beautiful when we got there. We traveled back home - 350 miles and loved our truck even more. Thank you Sierra for making this experience pleasant. We highly recommend Schomp Ford and Sierra Medina for your vehicle needs!

The one price policy is great.

The one price policy is great. I prefer their no fees and no haggling policy. The attendants Shy and Tyler were great. Very supportive, responsive, communicative. This dealer has a policy that once you agree to move forward, they pride themselves to deliver on their one hour promise and get you out the door in 60min. Unfortunately, my wife and I did not really get that experience.

Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop,

Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop, they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only ran diagnostics on the 1st and 15th of the month which I’ve never heard of and so I had to wait until the 1st. The 1st came around and they didn’t call me. I tried calling and The service adviser would ignore my calls and just txt me one word answers. I had to go in person to get answers and my vehicle was in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off at. They said they were waiting on parts and weeks passed again and no communication from them at all. Finally they said they had parts and would start on repairs at the end of the week. I gave them another chance and again nothing was done my vehicle was still in the same parking space. At this point March had gone by and it was now April. I got tired of waiting and I had my truck towed to another dealership that took my truck in and got it up and running within 4 days. Absolutely don’t even think about going here the customer service is horrible and they don’t really seem to care to get your vehicle back to you at all. If I could give zero stars rating I would. Please don’t waste your time, they will only give you the run around and never actually get anything done.

Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop, they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only ran diagnostics on the 1st and 15th of the month which I’ve never heard of and so I had to wait until the 1st. The 1st came around and they didn’t call me. I tried calling and The service adviser would ignore my calls and just txt me one word answers. I had to go in person to get answers and my vehicle was in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off at. They said they were waiting on parts and weeks passed again and no communication from them at all. Finally they said they had parts and would start on repairs at the end of the week. I have had my 2018 F-150 serviced there Chaz is the main

I have had my 2018 F-150 serviced there Chaz is the main service guy i work with, but I got Ashley and Zackary. Been to other dealerships this by far the best in colorado since 1992 and Ford has all i have purchase from.

Deidre is excellent!

Deidre is excellent! Doesn’t waste your time, gets you exactly the info you need, and is always professional. Had such a great experience getting my daughter a new car a few months ago that I came back to get a new Bronco for myself. There are closer Ford dealerships but Schomp has earned my trust and my business.

Mitchel was just great to work with.

Mitchel was just great to work with. Starting with keeping me informed about a particular vehicle that I saw online to helping me the day I came in to see it. He answered all my questions and gave me lots of options! It was a very pleasant experience!

Micah was knowledgeable and helpful throughout our new car purchase. He was also thoughtful enough to allow room for questions which allowed us to explore options we had not considered. Overall, the experience helped us make the right decision for our family. Micah also made sure to bring something interesting or compelling when he contacted us after our initial introduction. This highlighted our conversation and really showed a commitment to listening to what the customer wanted.
