Horrible dealership.
Horrible dealership. My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and they didn’t contact me about when it would be fixed. I had to follow up and they again didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got an appt & then they cancelled it on me randomly 2 weeks prior to it claiming the bodyshop was backed up & I’d have to wait months for a new appt. In the past when I did get my car repainted there, they got paint all over, inside my car and were giving me issues about it. Fully unorganized and I would recommend going elsewhere for your Hyundai issues.

Kevin is a personable and knowledgeable salesman. The dealership is a bustling one. As in all dealerships, you must do you research and shop around. Their best price is never the best price and until you find the better offer you won’t get YOUR best price! Loving my 2026 Kona.

Hyundai 110 was as good of an experience as I could have
Hyundai 110 was as good of an experience as I could have at a dealership. Generally not my favorite. Kevin Jave was freindly and made what I needed to work and I was pleasantly surprised. He was there listening to me and asking questions. Not for a second aggressive. The couple of people I worked with are very cool.

Kevin was a great salesman.
Kevin was a great salesman. Described the car in very great detail and showed me how everything worked. He was able to get the max price I was willing to pay monthly, of course if he was able to get below that it would have been even better but that’s okay. Another sales lady we spoke to was a bit rude but I never got her name. And we waited over 4 hours for to speak to the finance department rather then being able to come at a later date when we could meet with them easy peasy. Once I got to the finance room the guy didn’t offer me a single thing….isnt that his job?? Sabor the manager also would not help me until he saw a man present. He asked if I knew where I was going and I said no I’m trying to find a specific car he walked away. Later saw the man in the group and was very fast in getting a salesman to come and help us.

Overall, the sales experience was ok.
Overall, the sales experience was ok. Very informative, but way too much in terms of financing was left until the end, when meeting with the business manager. Having never leased before the process was pretty confusing, although I felt that Gerard did a good job in explaining everything. There was just way too much to go through and in the end I feel like I wound up paying more than I should have. Of course I didn’t see anything in the way of these “special end of the month deals“ That the website team had initially mentioned prompting my visit on Friday afternoon. I do love the car though, and whether or not I choose to renew this lease will depend almost completely on the car’s performance, as well as having a more thorough picture of the finances when that time comes. Based on sales experience alone, I would not be leasing again with Hyundai 110.
