Debbie and Hunter, Great customer service. Hunter sales rep went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my 2016 Lincoln MK X. Ryan finance manager was very thorough and explaining my contract and warranty package. I purchased a vehicle from Wisconsin and drove it home to Michigan had a small computer error problem but Hunter walked me through the process of getting it repaired using the warranty program, again great customer service. WOW. I called about 9 AM, drove up and had a brand new...
WOW. I called about 9 AM, drove up and had a brand new F250 Power Stroke Tremor, all shined up, in my driveway by 5:00 PM - even with +2 hour round trip travel time. I found the price negotiation, with trade in, to be fair, realistic and without any nonsense. Van Horn Sheboygan had my desired vehicle in inventory, even though it is difficult to locate nationwide with recent manufacturer shortages. Both my sales consultant -Hunter- and my financial consultant are very knowledgeable about trucks and finance options. Both were very time efficient and easy to communicate with.
