DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR CREDIT! I wish no stars were an option. I loved Sam at first he worked with me and my budget and really worked on getting me in car. But after 2 weeks of getting the vehicle it started smoking and shaking so I took it back to him that night (my first mistake, I should have took the hint and backed out then!!). He took it to his mechanic to “fix” the problem never provided me with a work order (although I have requested one multiple times!) or could even tell me what was fixed on the truck but told me to bring it back in 10 days to get an oil change. About 2 weeks later (2nd issue BEFORE MAKING MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT!) the same thing Happened again but this time stalling too. I called Sam and they told me to take it to GMC in which they replaced spark plugs and did an oil change. This lasted me about 2 more weeks until the shaking started again and this time it cut off and wouldn’t turn over. I get it towed to GMC in which they state that there’s NO OIL and the engine seized up and the warranty won’t cover it and I’m looking at $8700 for a new engine. And I still owe 13k on this piece of xxxx that’s not even worth it. xxx? 3 MAJOR issues and only 1 car payment paid at this point. After rereading my contract with a fine tooth comb I don’t have gap insurance which I was told I was getting along with the 24 month warranty. When I called to tell them what was going on I was told “we don’t make the cars we just sell them!” Got it! So you sell lemons and you have no problem stealing peoples money for rust buckets. I will never return to this company and I will me sure to let EVERYONE I know about the shady business that I financed a car with.

Don’t buy a car from this place. STAY AWAY THEY SELL NOTHING BUT LEMONS. BOUGHT SUV HERE JUST MADE THE SECOND PAYMENT ON IT FEB1st. THE CAR BROKE DOWN FIR THE 4th TIME. IT BROKE DOWN TWICE BEFORE WE EVEN MADE THE FIRST PAYMENT. THEY SO CALLED FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT OF COURSE NOTHING WAS FIXED IT WAS EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE. NOW I ASKED WHAT WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THE GUY TELLS ME WE DONT MAKE EM WE JUST SELL EM. LIKE xxx WHAT KIND IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT SO WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE BANK AND WERE GETTING THIS CONTRACT VOIDED. DONT EVER STOP TO BUY A CAR HERE BUYER BEWARE.
