Shannon is fantastic!

Shannon is fantastic! She is knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention a pleasure to work with. However, I am disappointed in my new Jeep and issues I’ve been experiencing Only 1 year and lots of issues that are not being covered. I’m in for service more now than I ever have with any one of my 5 previous jeeps They should be taking care of everything for that amount of money. I’m not convinced a full multi point inspection was even done. And the financial guy couldn’t have been more rude, degrading and extremely unprofessional. Should have walked out on him. Always listen to your gut! Donovan was pleasant to work with. But that financial guy was absolutely horrendous. No people skills.

Executive Nissan has been taking advantage of my

Executive Nissan has been taking advantage of my 73-year-old father, and the way they’ve handled his vehicle is unacceptable. They continue to lie to him about what’s wrong with his car—telling him one issue, “fixing” it, and then coming back with something else. On top of that, there’s a recall for his year and model, yet they are still trying to charge him for the repair. Our family has been loyal customers for decades, purchasing over 20 Acuras from Acura by Executive dealership, and this is how they treat a long-time customer. They also promised his car would be done in a day, but it has now been over two weeks. Instead of taking accountability, they are trying to charge him for a loaner vehicle during this delay. As his daughter, I’ve called multiple times to speak with Scott Orsini but he has not returned my calls. This complete lack of communication and integrity is deeply disappointing but explains why there are so many other one-star reviews on yelp and google! Be very cautious bringing your vehicle here—they do not treat their customers with honesty or respect.

I have been a customer for 12 years and have been leasing

I have been a customer for 12 years and have been leasing since about 2015. I have always been given excellent service when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Their service department is very good and very efficient. I have never had a problem.
