The sales and office staff were great.

The sales and office staff were great. My only issue is with their auto technicians. In less than 2 weeks after picking up the vehicle I recd a warning symbol reflecting that the pressure in my tires were low on air…all four tires! How was such a basic xx missed?

I have been a customer at Executive since 2009, always

I have been a customer at Executive since 2009, always had my issues resolved. This time I called Alberto with an issue on a new tire that I had just purchased six weeks earlier he got me in that morning and got my issue resolved for me.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to understand my needs throughout the entire process. I felt completely supported from start to finish, and his attention to detail made a big difference in my experience. Scott was also super friendly, and the whole team there made my car-buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's not every day that you get to work with such a dedicated and personable group.
