Morrie's Sparta Ford

Everyone at Morries ford has did everything to make sure I would get the vehicle I wanted. They never gave up. Seth the sales man was very nice and communicated excellent.

The Morrie's Ford team in Sparta, specifically Seth were great to work with. I went there just starting my car shopping and bought an Escape that same night. It had an internal recall on a door, they provided me with a loaner until new door and paint job were done. I was a bit nervous about the new paint being a perfect match but as it turned out, it looks perfect. Morrie's sales and service departments are awesome and willing to do what they can to make you a customer for life. Im loving my Ford Escape. Thank you Seth and service mgr Brian and of course Jessica who brought me the loaner! 🙂

Had some definite concerns reading some of these reviews upon seeing a car that I really wanted to test drive. I took the risk and when I went in there all staff was extremely nice and I have not had a better Dealer experience since. This was over a month ago since I've purchased my (new to me) car from them and have not had any problems at all. The salesman has even called me a couple weeks after to make sure I was still enjoying it. I did ask the salesman about previous reviews and he did admit flaws however they are loaded up with an all new sales staff and even new management! Everyone was accommodating and I would absolute recommend this "new and improved" version of the dealership. Thank you again Dakota, for all your help!
