Attn:General Manager, Paul Halbur I was at your dealership this morning and met with Layne Sasse regarding a couple of questions we had with our recent purchase. AS ALWAYS Lane was very interested and helpful with answering our questions. I find Layne highly knowledgable, enthusiastic, and well informed on vehicles. Further, Lane provided us with excellent information and superior customer service throughout the entire purchase process this past week. Deceiving sales people and don't stand behind the product Purchased a new 2023 ford Escape plug in hybrid sat up a appointment for a test drive the brought out the car dirty we pointed out problems but they said they could fix them so we said we would take the car big mistake they don't want to fix the problems from rail dust that we didn't see until we got it home because when we got the car it was snowing got it home pulled it in the garage let it dry off and we saw it. that is the short version. Don't buy from them and cross your t and dot your I's

Go anywhere else.

Go anywhere else... Terrible, doesn't even begin to describe my experience I had at Morrie's Ford, Sparta WI location. From low ball trade in value, zero negotiation on their prices; asked to have floor mats added to our new/ used purchase only to see in signing we were buying them. Bought car on Saturday, Monday call in at 8am right away to express that we have a few issues we have with vehicle that need addressing and repaired; instead of setting up service appointment we were told they needed to figure out which dealership would be covering the repairs. It took cussing and fighting to get Mark to do anything for us. Three repairs we had them fix were all things that should have been caught on inspection on their end. Month later we are wondering were our floor mats are that we bought, call and to be told they were never ordered. I will never recommend anyone to spend a dime here, wish we could go back in time and passed on buying from them.

Part 1- Wouldn’t take my bicycle there!

This has been a very bad experience. I sent my pickup truck in for an AC clutch that was not engaging and had electrical power to it. The service at first was great getting the vehicle in for service but went down hill quickly. A 2-3 day job to replace the (2 year old) compressor that failed turned into 15 days with the only updates coming in by ME CALLING them at the 8 day mark, then the 12 day mark. When finally got the call it was complete on day 15. They stated the AC clutch went out because I ran it out of coolant. I arrive to pickup my vehicle still OK with it taking the extended time, only to get in the truck to drive it home. Guess what NO AC! $2300 bill so far and excuses and no option to make it right other then delay yet again with a promise the next day it would be fixed, with no additional bill promised by the service manager. Stay tuned!

We contacted Sparta ford asking about a 2014 Ford Escape

We contacted Sparta ford asking about a 2014 Ford Escape and we’re put in contact with Austin and he was awesome to work with right through the buying process. He was willing to work with through the whole thing. We drove 4.5 hours to purchase that particular vehicle!

Most other places offer free coffee and soda. not here in sparta. While you wait it would be nice. You know you are doing well enough that you could offer something as little as that. Otherwise the experience was ok.

Emergency flat tire repair

I received excellent Customer Service at Brenengen Ford dealership in the city of Sparta Wisconsin, on 11 December 2020. This is what happened - I left my house to run on some errands, and I stopped at the Ford dealership to get some information about new 2020 / 2021 Ford vehicles, and wouldn't you know, after I was done speaking with Ford salesmen, I went back to my older Ford vehicle, and one of my tires had a flat, I could not believe my luck and I was in jam, so I walked back inside Brenengen Ford dealership and told them about my flat tire. Within minutes, the dealership checked my Ford vehicle, my warranty, put some air into my flat tire, put my vehicle up on a hoist, found my leak,, a nail in my tire, and fixed my tire. It was so fast, they took care my tire in half an hour. There was no charge because I had tire warranty. Wow... that was great - thank you Brenengen Ford.
