My husband and I purchased a car at this dealership.

My husband and I purchased a car at this dealership. I've bought from a Napleton before with no issues so I didn't think much of it. The car we purchased has had issues since the day after driving it off the lot with only adding about 5k miles. 1st red flag was we were told about a warranty we could add on. We said yes then after signing all paperwork we were told it wouldn't be approved for a warranty on the vehicle which was a huge selling point. 2nd issue is since now trying to sell this vehicle we are being told there was an accident which was not relayed to us on the Carfax they gave us. I ran the records again, and the car was sold to them on auction with Structural Damage. I take accountability on I should have ran more checks before purchasing, but again I've purchased at a different Napleton and viewed them as trustworthy enough. At least trustworthy enough to report an accident to us that would impact all future resale value. Beyond disappointed with this experience.

During all sales of a pre owned purchase, a Car Fax report is presented, as well as signed off by the purchaser. Thus, allowing the buyer to be informed of the Vehicles history, maintenance, or any damages/ accidents before taking ownership of the vehicle. SCAM!

SCAM!! Stay away! These are not off lease vehicles people these are vehicles that have had some kind of damage somehow that isn't reported to Carfax and Napleton off lease is a scam! This place tried to sell me a car that was in an accident and had an audible noise when every time I tried to press on the break! The manager was so irritated at the poor young salesman, the manager kept telling the The young salesman to find a way to go back and close the deal. I was hiding around the corner listening! Of course, I did not purchase the car, and abruptly departed. Stay away! Any car dealership that asks you to sign the Carfax there's something going on

Que buena atencion. Mi auto viejo se dañó cerca de aca y tuve que venir desesperadamente a intentar adquirir uno nuevo. Eliu y Ray me ayudaron en el proceso y Dani aprobó para mi un hermoso Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022 El mismo dia. Muchas gracias!

I am Lizmar . Last November my old minivan get wreck and I need desperately a new car. So I came here and ask gor my options. The guide me through the financial process and I was approved for a beautiful Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022. Thanks to Eliu, Danny and Ray a was running out with my new wheels that same day!

Stay away from this dealership!

Stay away from this dealership!!!, we stop by looking at this Toyota Rav4, it was a very good deal online, but just when we sit down to talk about the price they ask $2000 more on the sale price, before any taxes or dealer fee’s they just said it was just for the car being prepared by the dealer?! I understand, but why advertising a price that is not real, FALSE ADVERTISING!!‼️ just to get you through the door, and probably take advantage of someone not very knowledgeable about the process of buying a car, simple! Stay away from this dealership if you don’t want to pay any hidden fee’s!!

My husband and I went there to test drive a car we had

My husband and I went there to test drive a car we had seen on their website. When my husband left the room I was asked what kind of work he does which I thought was strange. After driving the car the salesperson basically tried to talk us out of it. He said that some work had been done to the car so it would be at least $2,000 more. Which we actually would have considered since the staring price was really decent. Then we asked if he could call us with a definite price. He said probably not because they aren’t sure what it will be and they can’t give a price over the phone. So he actually did us a favor since everything seemed off from when we got there. I don’t know what we could have done to be talked out of it. They definitely did not want our business. And It was the one car we both really liked!

Did not provide requested information about the car in which I was interested. Do they really think I'll travel 650 miles to get information about a car which they could provide with 5 minutes of their time? Clearly their emphasis was financing a car. I never borrow money. I wanted to know about the car, not their financing.

This outfit is a scam.

This outfit is a scam..stay away from it at all cost no matter how much you like what you see in the website. They had a car for sale, i called to setup a test drive and when i ask about a time they said somebody was buying the car at that moment and that if the deal did not go through they will call. next day i called because the car was still up for sale, and they said the car had been sold. Two days later the car is still in their website at a lower price than before!! Obviously they are operating a racket there. minus ten points.

Rip off artist.

Rip off artist. Artificially raised the price of the vehicle I was interested in bt over $4K, and lowered the value of my trade-in by almost $10K. If you are not knowledgeable about cars and their value I believe this dealership isn’t trustworthy, I would avoid them or at a minimum have someone knowledgeable review any financial proposal they present.
