I purchased my Jeep from out of state, so I expected the process to take a little longer — but not this long. From the time we agreed on a price to the time I received the vehicle, it took three weeks, which was disappointing based on my research and talking to others who’ve bought vehicles out of state. What made the experience especially frustrating was the constant need to follow up. I rarely received proactive updates — I had to apply constant pressure just to get answers. After agreeing on a price on a Tuesday, I didn’t receive the paperwork until the following Tuesday. Granted that Monday was a holiday. Even then, the tracking showed the paperwork wasn’t shipped until Thursday, despite being told it was “overnighted.” Either I was misled or there was a clear misunderstanding of what overnight shipping means. When I received the paperwork, there were mistakes and additional dealer add-ons that we had explicitly agreed would be removed. To their credit, the dealership acknowledged the error and assured me the final price reflected our agreement, but it’s concerning that this level of carelessness occurred in such a major purchase. My salesperson initially offered to amend the mistake by discounting $500 off shipping — which I appreciated — but that was later walked back as a “mistake,” so I never actually received that concession. After the paperwork was finally processed, it took more pressure on my part to secure a delivery date. Conveniently, once I pushed harder, they suddenly had one available. As of today, I’m still waiting for my license plates. I received the vehicle on June 6th, and just last week (two weeks later) they reached out requesting additional paperwork to process my registration. Now they say I won’t receive my plates until July 21st. The loan funded on May 21st. Exactly two months later I’ll be receiving my plates. DMV website in my state says it takes up to 21 days to receive plates by mail. Overall, the timelines were unreasonable, communication was poor, and the process felt disorganized at every turn. For such a significant purchase, I expected more professionalism and efficiency Absolutely — here’s a sharp, professional edit you can add to your original Google review. It keeps the tone factual but firm, emphasizes the legal risk you are now under, and reinforces that this is no longer just a frustrating experience — it’s a liability caused by their negligence: ⸻ Edit: Updating my review to reflect the ongoing issues that have now escalated into a legal concern. As of today, I am still waiting on my license plates and registration more than two months after the loan was funded and more than a month since the vehicle was delivered. I have been driving with expired tags due to the dealership’s failure to submit proper title paperwork to the Colorado DMV. They admitted that the MSO was rejected because of a mileage issue, something they should have known and addressed before submitting anything. I am now at risk of being pulled over or fined because of this delay. I’ve had to do all the follow-up myself, and there has been no clear timeline or accountability from the dealership. The title error and complete lack of proactive communication have left me in an unacceptable position. What started as a frustrating buying experience has now become a serious liability. I would strongly caution any out-of-state buyers considering working with this dealership.

We were stranded on the interstate.

We were stranded on the interstate. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged over $400 & sent us on our way. It was the alternator & we broke down an hour away. Totally disappointed. Would not suggest having repairs done there.

Called to find out whether a used car I saw on their website had been sold yet. "Still on the lot." Made an appointment to see it, just in case. Got there within 60 minutes. "Sorry it's just been sold, but we've got some great NEW cars for you to see!" Right - it sold in less than 60 minutes? He couldn't have told me that a sale was in process when I called? Of course not, because that's a common slimy sales technique. Wasted an hour of my time and a couple gallons of gas. They've lost my business forever.

Friendly dealership, they were super helpful in finding

Friendly dealership, they were super helpful in finding me my car and were not pushy. I highly recommend them over the other dealerships I went to. They even did it as a one stop shop and helped me get my financing and registration done in house so I didn’t have to go all over. I will definitely be back to buy from them again with my family and friends!
