Dealership that will never give you a straight up answer

Dealership that will never give you a straight up answer on all their so called extra doc fees...Several times back and forth trying to get a out the door complete price on a truck and never would give me a honest answer---stay away from this car dealer at all cost--you will just waste your time.

Garbage.

Garbage. This sad excuse of a dealership can be more accurately described as a circus filled with clowns. Owner has his head shoved so far up his ignorant bum there’s no use in checking out ANY offer. Will never go back nor will I ever purchase a Nissan simply because of this horrendous experience. Shame on all of you.

First inquired about a pre-owned car they had advertised

First inquired about a pre-owned car they had advertised on their site by email. You know, the one you click on the contact about more info. Never received a reply. So I called and spoke to someone. Ask for price with all their fees so I can see what I was paying for. I was told the finance manager was sent that right to me. Never heard from him. Would never do business with people like this

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 STAR.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 STAR. They are the biggest liars and thieves of any dealership I’ve ever come in contact with. When I say thieves, you will have two or three sales personnel speaking with you at a time, you’re totally distracted from what’s going on..,in F&I (business office, same thing… Start talking to you about something totally different than your paperwork Next thing you know..you get your first payment info and that 5.9 interest rate you were promised is 6.9. I came in with a cash deal. Basically what that means I had a 6.5 with my own bank and they beat that with their financing(SCAMMED) ME Read the other reviews It’s not the only time it’s happened in this dealership.. The list of what they have done to a first time buyer is beyond horrible..It’s a disgrace. I have every single text from them and recorded phone conversations that they were going to fix ALL the other things they have done.. This has been two months..,NOTHING has been done. I don’t even know how this place can keep its doors open with all the things it has done to its consumers… Speaking of witchcraft in the business office, Wanting cash app to send money to get hair and nails done..asking could he call…REALLY??? Its harassment is what it is.. Took total advantage of a woman.. The list goes on and on of what else happened after the sale.., Sickening

One word: Clowns.

One word: Clowns. The owner, the goobs that know absolutely nothing about what they are selling, and the rest of the garbage cars they have on their lot are not worth the time. Every vehicle has "hidden" history they purposefully keep from you so they can make a sale. This is a miserable excuse of a dealership. It may as well be re-labeled a LANDFILL because the people and the vehicles are all garbage. Stick that in your juice box and suck it, man-child employees and owners. ..I.,

Full transparency here, I did not actually make it to the dealer, but that’s because my initial phone conversation with their receptionist made it clear to me that I could expect high pressure sales tactics if I was to go up there. I called about a Sentra listed online and the phone was answered by the receptionist. I explained I had some questions about the car and asked to speak to a salesperson. She instead tried to convince me to make an appointment to come up and see the car. I live an hour away so I wasn’t going to come up without having my questions answered. She said that since they were running a special promotion that ended in a few days, I might not get a call back for a few days since the sales people were busy, and she again nearly insisted that I make an appointment and said that an hour wasn’t too long of a drive. I again said I wasn’t going to do that and she reluctantly took a message for someone to call me back. I didn’t get a call back the same day but did get several texts and emails before I got a call, urging me to make an appointment to come to the dealership. I was done by that point. It was clear that this would be the type of place that tries to get you in the door and makes it nearly impossible to leave. When someone finally called me I let them know I would be going somewhere else.
