Betsy was easy to work with and answered our questions. We came in knowing what we wanted to look at and with our trade. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and seemed excited when explaining the features of the vehicle and relating to when she uses the features on her own vehicle.

Tries to purchase a car, tried hard, several calls, only to find out I was approved for another car that I never knew was there, and out of my price range..Dont know the full ethics here, but I have a Hard inquiry on my credit, for a car i wasnt buying...Wow...
