My husband and I were looking for a Sienna and went to...

My husband and I were looking for a Sienna and went to various dealers. A particular established dealer (HC) was very pushy and put us off. When we went to Prime Toyota, Felix patiently answered all our questions over the 3 days of discussion. He even worked within our budget and offered various cost saving tips. Unlike most sales representatives who become less helpful after payment, Felix was the opposite. As we were holders of International Driver's License, we had to go to the insurance agency to get a stamp, then to the RMV to get the plates. Felix drove us from 9am to the insurance agency, then to the RMV where we encountered several documentation problems. Felix ended up driving us around to and fro until 6 in the evening, without taking his lunch. He really went the extra mile to ensure all was smooth for us! The day after we bought the car, Prime gave us a follow-up call to ask if everything was fine. Felix himself also called up the day after to check on us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Prime, especially with the great service rendered by Felix.

Mr. Felix R. Rodriguez was helpful with questions regarding buying my new car. He answered all my questions and concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He has a very nice and warm personality.

What I really like about this dealership is that when you contact them and ask them for a quote, someone actually calls you within thirty minutes and gives you a quote! Plain and simple. No struggling to get a straight forward answer, no fighting off questions about trade-ins or how much monthly payment you can afford or pressure to "come in and see what we can do for you". I've bought two Corollas from this dealership in the last two years and I have had the same straight-forward experience both times. Both times, their quote was competitive with other dealerships, well, that is with the dealerships that would actually answer the question. The dealership itself even has a nice, relaxed feel to it. I always go there for service. If you're looking for a simple and relaxed shopping experience, go to this dealership.

I went to Prime following an unsuccessful purchase with another dealer. I was treated courteously and responsively. The salesman was straightforward and willing to negotiate a reasonable deal. I happened to find an good value in a previously owned vehicle and the financial director was extremely cooperative and helpful in working with my insurance representative to conclude the sale in a businesslike manner marked by pleasant and respectful treatment.

My experience with Prime Toyota was wonderful....

My experience with Prime Toyota was wonderful. Especially, I was so glad that I could work with an amazing employee,Shane. He made sure everything work smoothly and helped me in so many ways (since I dont really know about buying used car). He was very honest, kind, and trustful. He even drove and waited for me to get my car resistered at DMV and insurance company. Sooooo nice!! I am hundred percent happy and satisfied with service and follow ups. Thank you so much!!!

This is our second mini-van with Prime. We leased our first two Toyotas from a different dealer, but changed to Prime after tiring of the first dealer's sales force. We have been very happy with our experience. We enjoyed working with Felix the first time back in 2009, and called him for our new one this year.
