🚨 WARNING: Deceptive Sales Practices, False Advertising & Potential Fraud 🚨 Let me share my recent experience with this dealership so others don’t waste their time or get taken advantage of. On Sunday evening around 5:30 PM, I called the dealership and spoke with a salesperson named Michael. I specifically asked if a particular vehicle I was interested in — which was listed online — was still available and on the lot. Michael confirmed that yes, it was still there and ready to view. I then drove over four hours the next morning (Monday) based on his word. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had actually been sold weeks ago. That was my first red flag. When I pushed back and explained I had just spoken to Michael the night before, the salesperson scrambled to check with a manager and then came back saying, “Oh, actually, the car is at another location 45 minutes away.” That, too, turned out to be a lie. After doing my own research using auction tracking tools, I discovered that the vehicle had already been sent to auction in San Francisco — something the dealership never disclosed. In other words, the car was never available, and they knew it the entire time. This was clearly a bait-and-switch tactic to get me in the door and try to sell me something else. And it doesn’t stop there. 🚩 Major Red Flags: • Mileage Discrepancy: The vehicle was listed online as having ~29,000 miles, but auction records show it actually has ~31,000 miles. That’s a significant difference that affects value and financing. • Loaded Blue Book Scheme: The dealership used what’s known in the industry as a “loaded Blue Book.” This is when dealers artificially inflate the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) value by adding options and packages that the vehicle doesn’t even have — like upgraded trim, wheels, tech packages, etc. Why do they do this? • So they can show the car as being worth thousands more than it actually is. • This inflated value is then used to justify charging more to the customer. • It also allows them to get more money from the bank during financing, which increases their profit — but leaves the buyer with a loan that’s underwater from day one. • Forced Add-Ons: I was told that dealer-installed products and “protection plans” were non-negotiable and required — which is completely false. These include things like VIN etching, fabric or paint protection, and other back-end products that are high-markup but optional by law. Forcing these onto customers with no way to decline is not only unethical, it could be illegal. 🔎 This Was Not an Honest Mistake This was not a simple mix-up or miscommunication. This was a deliberate attempt to: • Mislead a customer into traveling long distance • Use false advertising to lure me in • Push a deal based on inflated values and unnecessary products 📢 I’ve Taken Action: I’ve already filed complaints with: • California DMV Investigations Division • Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) • Better Business Bureau (BBB) • And I will be forwarding this information to any financial institutions I know the dealership works with. I will also be sharing this experience across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and any other platforms where consumers deserve to know the truth. ⚠️ Final Word: If you’re not deeply familiar with the car business, this dealership could easily take advantage of you. Between the false advertising, loaded Blue Book tactics, and forced backend products, they’re engaging in practices that no honest dealership should ever condone. Do your research. Know your rights. And don’t let dealerships like this waste your time or money.

$868 oil change!
Having been a Jeep owner since 1968 I am certainly loyal to the brand. Imagine my chagrin when they wanted $868.00 for an oil change on my 2021 Rubicon! That was the economy change, just oil, filter and inspection. The Preferred Service was $2119.00! I declined the scam. I was the only customer in the place and it is obvious why.

Shady Dealer!!! Buyers beware!!
Worst car shopping experience ever. They dishonestly list an asking price. They try and force you to get a protection package for $2990. So they asking price is really $2990 than they list. I agreed to everything else besides what should be an optional add on not this forced add on. Buyers don’t waste time unless you are willing to pay $2990 over asking price. They did this to me and a friend. This photo I posted is listed on their website when you scroll down. Buyers BEWARE!!! Shady business!

Best Jeep Dealership in the Northern California
I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. CDJR Morgan Hill took the time to understand my needs and made me a deal I could not pass up. The Morgan Hill package is worth ever dollar consisting of a complete exterior/interior protection application and coverage package, 1 year LoJack coverage and a nitrogen tire roadside coverage package. Thanks Brandon and Jose.

Hidden fees for days
$3000 worth of Hidden fees. We drove 2 hours to get there and the reason we chose the vehicle from there was because of the listed price yet that price was actually $3000 more with hidden fees you can’t opt out of
