Service department is a joke. They have an attitude after your purchase. They put you on a waiting list of approximately 30 people, or so they said.

Really appreciate Ashley and how she just speer heads the service department with her sincere generosity and knowledge. She is always there to help the customer. Thank you Ashley for being the best.

Horrible communication until the manager was involved. Just to much to explain, but a horrible experience with multiple service techs. The upper management didn’t do much to make it right, so I will be driving to Tulsa now for my repairs. I would rather get kicked in the groin by a xxxx giraffe than use this place ever again!
