My names Luke McDermott I own a company instinctive energy and bought a dodge ram 1500 Tex from this location I was told when buying the truck as I spent over 108,000 cash and bought their highest warranty package and additions 8,000 a month later I needed the vehicle serviced and when I did I paid out of pocket and have been paying for what should of been covered out of pocket everytime I brought my truck in I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 years about this issue and save yourself the stress buy from someone else

i have called multiple times to get a check list on my new purchase taken care of an have yet to receive an answer. i guess that is what happens when you pay cash. An answer would be good or a phone call. i cant rate pepole because no one has worked with me yet. I dont remember the names of the ones i spoke with. They should have my name
