Zero Stars!

Zero Stars!!! Absolutely the Worst Customer Experience I’ve Ever Had — Alfa Romeo Should Be Ashamed If you are considering purchasing an Alfa Romeo, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. This has been, without question, the most infuriating and disappointing experience I have ever had with a car manufacturer and dealership. After waiting seven months—yes, SEVEN MONTHS—for my Alfa Romeo to be repaired due to parts being "backordered" and allegedly "in production and shipping from Italy," I received zero financial support, no loaner vehicle, and no proactive communication from the dealership or corporate Alfa Romeo/Stellantis. My car sat unusable while I was left to figure out transportation on my own. To make matters worse, the abrupt departure of the original sales and service managers led to a revolving door of new personnel who made promises they had no intention of keeping. I was repeatedly misled by the new sales consultant, sales manager, and service manager, all of whom assured me I would receive help—help that never came. And just when I thought it couldn’t get more absurd, I was asked to remove a factual and honest Google review because it might "hurt the reputation" of the “family-owned” dealership. I was told that if I complied, I would finally receive the support I had been pleading for. Spoiler alert: I received nothing. I ultimately had to purchase a new vehicle entirely—from a different manufacturer, of course—because neither Alfa Romeo nor Stellantis corporate stepped up to resolve this situation. No one took accountability. No one cared. Alfa Romeo's utter lack of customer service, support, and basic integrity is disgraceful. Their operations are disorganized, their staff is either ill-informed or indifferent, and their promises are meaningless. I strongly urge anyone reading this to think twice before giving this brand your money. What Alfa Romeo sells as "luxury" is a thin veil over an incompetent, dismissive, and dishonest company.

dealing was so easy especially with z made car buying fun again would highly recommend them especially our salesman z he was honest and respectful other sales people in their industry could learn from him just ask daytona dealership that is why they lost our business.

I took my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia sport to the dealer back

I took my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia sport to the dealer back in November because it had left me stranded on the highway. They proceeded to tell me that it was the fuel pump and charge me almost $1500 to fix it. Couple months later my car had the same symptoms and left me stranded again. After getting it towed to the dealer once again the service advisor told me that it was the multi air brick that was a $5000 fix and a broken Water auxiliary pump. A few days later I was told by advisor to just try to fix the auxiliary pump first and that I could fix the multi air brick In the future. I paid $1100 to replace the auxiliary water pump, two days later my car had the same symptoms for a third time I took it to the dealer at Winter Haven. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the multi airbrake, that the water pump I’ve never been bad. The issue the entire time was a small tear in the water hose. Steven with the service department is a crook. They have no decency, or care about their customers. They kept my car almost a month without Offering a service loaner. And charge me over 2500 bucks for things that the car did not need. Very shady Service department, stay away!

I had an excellent and a one of a kind experience here at Ferrari of Central Florida. Yarik was very knowledgeable about the product and I love that he did not just sell a car but he sold me the benefits and enjoyment I would have with the vehicle. I will definitely be looking to do business again with him and this dealership in the future. Thank you so much!!! You've made one my dreams come true!

Outstanding Professionalism and Smooth Purchase!!!

Even thought they are a Ferrari Dealer, I was looking at a possible trade for their used Porsche GT3RS they had on site. Honestly what made me purchase the car was the ease and how comfortable the entire staff made me feel. I was in contact with Candido from the beginning and he answered all my questions about the GT3RS. I never felt pressured and he gave me detailed info of the car’s background. Apparently it came from a very good client of theirs who purchases all types of exotics, including many Ferrari’s! From Candido, I spoke with Stuart who is the numbers guys. He was very forthright on the numbers he can do and we finally reach a great deal in my eyes. After the agreement was made, financing was a breeze with Nick and enjoyed his time. Overall just was such a pleasure to work with Candido, Stuart, and Nick. All of them we very entertaining and helpful in whatever needs or questions I had.

Very Helpful

I contacted the dealership about an advertised car and John Stiles got back to me immediately. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. He went out of his way to shoot a video of the vehicle pointing out all the important points and a few minor defects. I decided on a car with less miles, but I would not hesitate to buy a car from John in the future. Jeff
