Lanegan Pratt was excellent to deal with. He made the process easy. Lanegan also had in depth knowledge regarding the vehicle. He did a great job helping me through the process.

Went in to buy parts.

Went in to buy parts. The parts department was in shambles. Megan was very unprofessional and seemed like she was not with it. Had to have her count out my change multiple times to get it right. Will not go back would rather drive further then go back there. The entire place was in shambles.

My entire experience, although many people may have been

My entire experience, although many people may have been involved the absolute star of the show was my salesperson Melinda. Before deciding on a dealership, I was on the phone with many, including some Chevy dealerships much closer to my house. Melinda was far and away the most interested, helpful and patient salesperson I talked to. Because buying a car can be very high stress, emotional, and heavy financial decision, I didn’t want to enter that environment and deal with someone who wasn’t interested in helping me. I didn’t come in with all the answers or know all the features on every trim that I wanted, so I needed someone with some willingness and patients to help me figure out what I’m going to be happy with.

I really appreciate the attention to my concerns when I get my car serviced with Donnie. I've been dealing with him since the original Tom Henry Dealership. Don always takes the time to review and make recommendations for my repairs.

I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience in the service

I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience in the service department. Or any other service in the dealership. Always nice people. Donnie always lets me know what’s going on when my truck is being serviced.

One star is more than deserved for this dealership. Not only did the dealership sell misinformation on the car, the GM and owner refuse to find solution. The GM (Mike Rossi) is the most unprofessional customer service provider I’ve ever encountered in. When you consider buying a car here and an issue comes up, remember as Mike Rossi said “no one holds a gun to your head!” To find you solution and make you feel valuable as a customer! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to an enemy. Avoid this place at all costs!

Dealership sold misinformation on the car.

Dealership sold misinformation on the car. After requesting for support to resolve the issue, the GM (Mike) was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
