When I purchased my used vehicle in October 2023, the process was great....The problem is afterwards. I have called and called and CALLED more times than I can count, with questions about coverage on the extended warranty that I purchased. I have left messages for finance managers, general managers.....NEVER, EVER have I received a return call. I had my husband call this week for another warranty question...no response. I left another message yesterday....no response. I am in sales myself, and treatment after the sale is just as important. Never again, LaFontaine!!

Had to constantly pursue the salesperson who would forget
Had to constantly pursue the salesperson who would forget everything we would talk about not even 12hrs after talking. They delivered the car to the wrong address and also seem to have no communication with one another. If I didn’t want this truck so badly (which was a Toyota) I would have bailed out of this deal about four times before signing. Very peculiar experience at LaFontaine ford grand Blanc
