Terrible experience with dealer.
Terrible experience with dealer. Tried aggressively to upsell items over and above the advertised price. Rude business people and sales rep didn’t even bother to take us through the features upon picking up the new vehicle. Do not buy from this dealer!

We recently had an appointment with Amy to see a used
We recently had an appointment with Amy to see a used car. We were on time, unfortunately the sales rep and the car was not ready. When we finally saw it , there were visible signs of rust that were painted over, when my husband looked underneath the car the whole underbody was completely rusted including the bolts that connect the body to the frame. When I flipped the seats back you could crusted mold and rust on the carpet. This car was in a serious flood. We went inside to tell Amy and she went to get her sales manager. When this xxxxxxx came out the first thing out of his mouth was , there’s been a mistake , this car is going to auction. He repeated that several times, like he had nothing else to say and for us to get out of his showroom. This guy was so arrogant. He also was not even dressed in a suit and tie, I mean, this is a Cadillac Dealership, what a poor representative of the company. Here we are 6 days later, and the car is still listed for sale and price reduced $300!! Does he think everyone is stupid, what a bold face lie he told us!!!

Unfortunately a horrible experience with not just one
Unfortunately a horrible experience with not just one sales rep, but everyone I spoke with. This dealership had posted incorrect information about the vehicle they were selling. When I questioned them, I was blown off by the sales team. When I then said I was no longer interested, I received another call from a different salesman that proceeded to insult me about what I was looking for knowing I had just told his counterpart that I wasn’t interested. When I asked if management could return my call, no one called even though one’s stood they would. I don’t believe I would want to buy a car from a dealership that doesn’t know their product. And their attitude didn’t improve my opinion of them.
